The life status of the teachers directly impact the development of the education. In the reality, all the people praise teachers and their devotion,however the life status of the teachers is not paid enough understanding and attention,in fact, a lot of factors affect the life status of the teachers.This paper will use sociological research methods like literature method, full participant observation, case interviews, questionnaires and employ social groups, social roles, leisure time and other basic theory of sociology to represent the state of surviving of junior high school teachers in rural communities in North Jiangsu and give a profound analysis. The survival state of junior high school teachers will be divided into the material conditions of existence, work status, leisure life and marriage and elaborated separately. At the same time, all parts of the conditions will be interpreted on two dimensions of objective and subjective feelings so that analysis will be more detailed, thorough, objective and detailed, striving to represent a full picture of the state of northern Jiangsu Science and junior high school teachers in rural areas.Through analysis, the article reached the viewpoint that junior high school teachers live with the current state of our economy and society and adapt to the status, while there are a number of factors discord . The article also provides further insight into the reasons leading to the above problems. Finally, the paper will give suggestions on such issues as improving the living condition of junior high school teachers and enhancing their potential social role.This paper consists of five parts: Chapter 1 Introduction. Discuss the purpose and significance of research papers presented at home and abroad. Chapter 2 Theory and research methods related. Describe the relevant theory, the basic context and research methods. Chapter 3 The reality of existence examine of Junior high school teachers in the rural eastern part. This chapter is the core of this article. Give a comprehensive review of the material conditions, work status, leisure life and marital relations of lower secondary school teachers in rural areas in northern Jiangsu. Chapter 4 An analysis of conditions affecting teachers` living. The chapter analyses the multiple factors affecting teachers` living status based on their existence. Chapter 5 Suggestions on improving their living conditions . After studying and my own personal experiences in junior high school, make relevant recommendations and countermeasures on the adjustments and improvements of their existence.
