Characteristics And Problems Of The Leisure Life Of The City Junior High School Students Study

Leisure life plays an important role in the life of junior high students. This article gives us a clear definition of leisure, then point out that there is a definite link and difference between the leisure life, after-class activities and out-of-school education. Knowing this is vital to the development of the junior high students. By doing questionnaires and making interviews, the author analyzes both the characteristics of junior high students' leisure life and their ideas about it. Many factors, especially students themselves, families, school life, social environment and cultural value, contribute a lot to the different phenomenon. In order to guide students in their leisure life, we can help them rebuild their opinions of leisure life and explore good methods. From the aspect of opinion, both schools and teachers should have the awareness that school is a combination of scheduled life and daily leisure life. Proper leisure activities are good ways to develop students' sense of happiness. Also, creative leisure life embodies students' wisdom and abilities. As for students, they are supposed to establish new ideas about leisure life that leisure life is a necessary part of their life, thus creating significant life. In addition, they should keep optimistic and open-minded to try to find the fun and interest in life, knowing that only if they devoted themselves to any kinds of activities, can they experience sense of creation and delight. In campus, leisure education is carried out via courses-teaching and penetration. In the process of teaching, both courses and school activities can be used for leisure education. Environment, contact and teaching also provide plenty of opportunities in infiltrating the ideas of leisure education. In the last part of the article, the author analyzes some attempts and cases in leisure education and also talks about some measures in conducting leisure education in detail.
