Junior high school is an important stage of students' development,and the development level of students is closely related to teachers.The root of the quality of education lies in teachers.Only excellent teachers can cultivate excellent students and create high-quality education.Since the government put forward the policy of reducing the burden on teachers,the problem of teachers' burden and burden reduction has been concerned by all sectors of the society.Through the analysis of teachers' burden,this study hopes to put forward reasonable measures to reduce teachers' burden,increase teachers' ability,effectively reduce teachers' unreasonable burden,create a comfortable education and teaching environment for teachers,so that teachers can focus on teaching,cultivate people with ease,and engage in front-line education more stably,so as to realize teachers' professional growth and improve the quality of education.Based on the investigation,this paper analyzes the burden of junior middle school teachers from the aspects of teachers' work,life and psychology,explores the reasons for the burden of junior middle school teachers,and puts forward the following strategies:First,optimize the management of education administrative departments;second,create a good educational environment for teachers and create a good social atmosphere;third,schools actively implement the strategy of reducing teachers' burden,clarify the source of teachers' burden,clarify teachers' working hours,attach importance to the cooperation between schools,families and communities,and implement the teaching assistant system;finally,increase teachers' ability and help teachers reduce their burden Make.By increasing teachers' empowerment,increasing teachers' ability to resist pressure,and improving teachers' professional quality,we can increase teachers' ability,and form a joint force to reduce teachers' burden through the improvement of teachers' own ability and teachers' external burden reduction measures,so as to jointly promote the smooth completion of Teachers' burden reduction work.
