| The teacher is the first resource in the education development and reform,especially the young teachers in basic education stage,plays a leading role in the process of education,in the development of education enterprise bear the historical responsibility of teaching,so the construction of high quality teaching staff,to create a good education teaching environment for teachers,the teachers to spend more time and energy into the work of cultivating socialist builders,is the responsibility of the party and the country,also is the embodiment of the respect from society.But at present,the primary and secondary school teachers generally feel the "psychological pressure","career development plight","exhausted",resulting in a series of negative effects,so the investigation found the primary burden of primary and secondary school teachers generally forms,seeking to ease the burden of countermeasures has become an important issue in the current elementary educatio n reform.This paper aims to reduce the unreasonable burden of young teachers in primary schools,pay attention to the physical and mental health of teachers,optimize the construction of teachers in primary and secondary schools,and improve the quality of compulsory education.First of all,by reading and sorting out the relevant literature,we can form a basic understanding of the main core concepts,types and theoretical basis of the teachers’ burden.At the same time of understanding and reading the relevant policies of “reducing burden”in recent years.Secondly,on this basis,through the investigation of the actual situation of burden and compulsory education of several primary school young teachers in Wuhan city,hubei province by questionnaire method and interview method,combined with the related data to understand the current situation of the burden of young teachers in three primary schools in Wuhan city.Then it discusses the reasons for the burden of young teachers in primary schools.Finally,the corresponding solutions are put forward to solve the existing problems.This study makes a preliminary study on the burden source of young teachersin primary schools,which is mainly reflected in the following four aspects,from the macro level to the micro level: the implementation of national teacher policies is not in place;the school management level is not perfect;the social response;the young teachers’ own factors.Teachers’ burden is divided into teaching burden,scientific research burden,class management burden,life burden etc.Based on the above problems,according to the types and sources of burden,we propose the following strategies to reduce the burden of young teachers.First,district government implement the balanced allocation of the teachers and the proportion of teaching resources mentioned in the national teacher policy,at the same time,expand the employment path of young groups to alleviate the pressure of occupational competition.Second,school administrators should pay attention to the long-term professional development of teachers,improve their own management level,implement the concept of quality education,implement diversified evaluation of teachers,and create a relaxed working atmosphere for teachers.Third,the social should give teachers more understanding,and respect to the teachers,especially the young teachers’ choice of teaching,so as to gradually improve the social status of teachers.Fourth,teachers themselves should learn to reduce the burden of methods,such as to improve professional quality,learn to optimize the management of time and energy. |
