Abstract/Summary:
Teachers’ professional ethics is the main basis for judging and measuring teachers’ professional behavior norms and qualities.Scientific and reasonable evaluation of teachers’ professional ethics can not only improve the ability and level of teachers’ professional ethics,but also strengthen the construction of teachers’ professional ethics and promote the development of education.To this end,this study takes 24 primary and secondary schools in S province as an example to explore the status of teachers’ professional ethics evaluation.Through field investigation of 24 primary and secondary schools in S province,it is found that some attempts have been made in the evaluation of teachers’ professional ethics in primary and secondary schools at present.In order to improve the effectiveness of evaluation,the author analyzes the problems existing in the evaluation process and the related reasons,and then puts forward specific suggestions and suggestions for improvement.This paper consists of five parts: the first part,introduction.This paper introduces the reason of the selected topic,discusses the significance of the research,combs the literature at home and abroad,and expounds the research design.The second part,the primary and secondary school teachers professional ethics evaluation related theory.First,the meaning and characteristics of teachers’ professional ethics are expounded,and then the meaning,principle,function and corresponding theoretical basis of teachers’ professional ethics evaluation are expounded.The third part,the present situation of professional ethics evaluation of primary and secondary school teachers.First,it expounds the positive attitude of teachers towards teachers’ professional ethics evaluation and the effective exploration of teachers’ professional ethics evaluation in schools.Secondly,it analyzes the problems existing in teachers’ professional ethics evaluation in primary and secondary schools: the purpose of evaluation is obvious and the humanization is indifferent;the main body of evaluation emphasizes other evaluation and less self-evaluation;lack of scientific and reasonable evaluation index content;evaluation method emphasizes quantitative and less qualitative;evaluation procedure is not perfect.The fourth part,the primary and secondary school teacher professional ethics appraisal existence question reason analysis.The reasons are mainly influenced by the impact of market economy and multiculturalism,the deep-rooted idea of examination-oriented education and the lack of in-depth research on teachers’ professional ethics evaluation.The fifth part,improve the evaluation of professional ethics of primary and secondary school teachers.In view of the problems existing in the evaluation of teachers’ professional ethics in primary and secondary schools,the author puts forward five suggestions: correctly looking at the purpose of evaluation;rationally distributing the proportion of evaluation subjects and paying attention to teachers’ self-evaluation;constructing scientific and reasonable evaluation index content;adopting qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods;standardizing and perfecting evaluation procedures.
