Study On Alleviating The Psychological Resistance Of First-born Children To The Second Child By Group Work

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee in 2015 decided to adhere to the basic state policy of family formulation,accelerate the population evolution tactic,fully accomplish the policy that every couple permit to have two children,and campaign take action to undertake the age of the population.The decision announced the end of China's one-child policy,which has been in place for nearly three decades.So far,the first batch of second-born babies under the policy have gradually grown up and are about to enter primary school.With the growth of a two-child family,a family to enjoy two handiness double happiness at the same time,but also have to bear the "side effects" brought about by the second child,parents are a headache is one of the most sibling relationship processing,most of the parents because of the lack of children education experience,often ignored the eldest brother in the home,the first-born child's psychological and emotional guidance,in turn,makes the first-born child has resistance on the second child.As the first-born child in failing to meet the arrival of the "two" brother and sister,and I don't know how to deal with sibling relationship will produce resistance to two children,some of the two-child family faced with how to make big treasure ease resistance,more healthily,and reduced life contradiction between brothers and sisters to make family more harmonious and so on.Of this study is to adopt the questionnaire method,scaling,and literature research,to investigate the first-born child,discusses two first-born child in the family for the second child resistance characteristics and performance,analysis of the first-born child against existing problems,and found that ease the first-born child doesn't adapt to the situation of two effective strategies of social work,by conducting group social work,complete W community in Dalian in the first-born child of the two-child family involved in a group,help team members in the group activity,subtle changes of the attitude of the second child,alleviate their resistance to a second child.And for other people to have a related work to provide some reference,can refer to the experience.To help first-born children learn to adjust themselves in time when they have emotional problems in the face of the arrival of the second child,to ease their resistance,and to create a more secure atmosphere and a more conducive psychological state for their growth.
