Since the reform and opening up,the modernization process has accelerated,the trend of family mobility has become increasingly frequent,the number of migrant children has increased,the growth environment is unstable,and the hidden dropout problem is prominent.Implicit dropout is often the consequence of multi-factor complications.Single task goal model and individual-based social work intervention model are not very suitable.The family,as a key place for children,guides the development direction of children.Therefore,a complete family education support network can play a good educational role,especially for migrant children with scarce resources and limited social support network.Family education support is the key factor to promote the integrity of their education system.Therefore,family-based social work professional services can take into account the multi-level needs of migrant children,and fundamentally explore the solutions to the hidden dropout problem.This paper explores the family-based social work case service for migrant children under the guidance of family capital theory,and explores how to supplement family capital and optimize the educational support for migrant children.Considering that the classification and support function of family capital can provide direction for practitioners to analyze problems and define goals,this paper takes this as theoretical guidance,through field research,deeply describes the process of social work case service.After observing this social phenomenon in the community,the author obtains the case owner through outreach and establishes professional relations,sorts out the data of the case owner’s family capital,classifies,interprets and analyzes the reasons for interaction,and determines the needs and intervention goals with the case owner and family.In the perspective of empowerment to provide family-based integrated services,the cultural capital,economic capital,social capital of the family and the complete optimization process of the individual ability of the client throughout.Finally,through case evaluation,it is found that the change of ideas is the key to the continuation of the service effect.The core of the success of the case is to realize the modernization of the gender education concept of parents.The performance of the case owner,the family economy and the linkage of family,school and community are the catalysts for the change of gender education concept.Grasping the dual understanding and application of family capital and community culture,and conducting the dual intervention of individuals and families can effectively enhance the service effect.Based on the reality of solving the problem,this paper puts forward that the intervention of recessive dropout social work needs not only family-oriented professional intervention,in order to form a long-term and broad coverage of services,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of family capital at the community level and policy level,and put forward new requirements for the macro work ability of social workers’ assistance services. |
