As a category of the college entrance examination,"Art Test" is an important way for some students to pass the college entrance examination and accomplish their college dreams.However,with the increase in the number of "art candidates" in recent years,the country's requirements for "art candidates" have also continued to increase."Art candidates" need to have both solid professional knowledge and high academic qualities.While in fact,the "Art Candidates" in Tongliao Keerqin District No.9 Senior High School has a weak foundation in the general academic subjects.Among all disciplines,Chinese is evidently the dominant subject and plays an important role in entering higher education.The author takes the "art candidates" and Chinese teachers in Tongliao Keerqin District No.9 Senior High School as the objects of observation,using questionnaires,interviews,and observation methods to fully understand the current situation and existing problems of Chinese teaching for "art candidates" in this school.Through the investigation and research,many existing problems are found in the training of "art candidates",especially in Chinese teaching.For example,"art candidates" has showed low interest in Chinese learning,meanwhile,the teaching methods and contents both need to be improved,and the school management system of the "art candidates" is not perfect yet.In view of this,this article proposes the optimization strategy of Chinese teaching for "Art Candidates" from three aspects: First,"Art Candidates" need to clarify the significance of learning and enhance learning motivation;develop good learning habits;create efficient learning methods;balance learning time.Second,teachers ought to update their educational concept;innovate the concept of teaching materials;teach students in accordance with their aptitude to achieve high-efficiency Chinese class;strengthen the communication,cooperation and reflection of the students.Third,the school should pay great attention to Chinese teaching,strengthen the management of "art candidates";build a campus for "art candidates";establish various mechanisms for "art candidates",improve the teacher training mechanism,and ensure the learning and growth of the "art candidates".
