In practical teaching, what Chinese teachers are most concerned about is how to use the wisdom of the management to improve teaching effectiveness and quality. However, the theories discussed in teacher management skills or management wisdom books, are mostly too rational and too general for Chinese teacher to apply to the Chinese language teaching process. Though Chinese teachers may have some inspiration from the management processes, methods, and principles, they are lack of Clear guidance. The purpose of this subject, by analyzing the needs of Chinese teachers in the different activities of the Chinese teaching process for management, screening relative demand theory and methods from the management, combined with the instance of the practice of language teaching, is to build a policy-based strategy system for each level of the Chinese teaching process. Combined with the analysis of the relevant literature for the definition of the Chinese teaching management and language teaching, the author puts forward four activity levels:the level of teachers’ group activities, the level of teachers’ personal activities, the level of classroom activities and the students’ personal activities. At the last, ten management strategies based on various levels, constitute a relatively complete system of strategy. The management strategies are Integration of teaching resources/Team optimization strategy/Effective decision-making strategy/Reflection strategies/Rule-building strategy/Arousing interest/Little helper of teachers strategy/Effective instructional strategies/Operations Management Strategy/Habits building strategy.
