Study On Labor Education Of College Students In The New Era

With the rapid development of economy and society,the attention of labor education is getting higher and higher.Especially in our country has entered a new era,the development of educational policy from "moral,intellectual and physical" to "moral,intellectual,physical and labor ",and the documents issued by the Ministry of Education reflect that labor education,as one of the contents of the development of educational modernization,has been highly valued by the Party and the state.At the present stage,there are many weak links and problems in the labor education of college students.As a new youth to promote the development of Chinese society,it is particularly important to analyze their labor education comprehensively.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of all aspects of college students' labor education by means of literature research method and questionnaire survey method,and explains the concept of college students' labor education and the new connotation given by labor education in the new era on the basis of collating relevant documents.Through summarizing and sorting out the collected questionnaires,the present situation of college students' labor education is analyzed from the dimensions of labor values,labor habits,labor skills,labor spirit,labor laws and regulations.And in the analysis of the results of in-depth excavation of its causes: including labor education awareness is not high,labor education atmosphere is not strong,education feedback delay,college students themselves have not can give full play to subjective initiative,and the labor education system lacks scientific management.According to the research results,in the face of the existing situation,from the following four aspects of targeted countermeasures and suggestions.First of all,in the concept of unity of thought,firm belief;second in practice to integrate resources,overall planning;teaching,innovative thinking,deepen research;finally in the system to be complete,effective operation.Through these four countermeasures to improve the current situation of college students' labor education,strengthen the labor education of college students.
