Since the implementation of reform and opening up for nearly half a century,my country's economy has developed rapidly,and the national economy has entered a new channel of development.my country's newly transformed enterprises have been vigorously developed,and gradually surpassed large international enterprises.Private enterprises have become indispensable for promoting national economic development.Lack of subject power.The development of private enterprises has changed our country's previous economic structure model based on state-owned enterprises,and has contributed a lot to the development of our country's market economy.Our private enterprises have flexible operating models and simple management mechanisms.These characteristics are in line with my country's basic national conditions.The rapid development of private enterprises will face competition among enterprises,especially in the context of the global economic integration process.Enterprise competition is becoming fiercer and fiercer,and competition is a test for every enterprise.It is believed that most of the competition among enterprises is the competition of resources,and the most important thing in the competition of resources is the competition of talents.In today's society,whoever has talents and can make full use of talents,who will have the initiative,will be in an invincible position in corporate competition.If our private enterprises want to stand out in today's fiercely competitive domestic and foreign environment,they must have an effective core employee incentive mechanism,and establish a competitive advantage for corporate talents.The key is to recruit and stabilize core talents.So what incentive mechanisms are generally adopted by private enterprises in my country? What are the current problems? How to improve in the future,etc.,these will become thorny tasks for private entrepreneurs in our country,and it is also a problem worthy of discussion from all walks of life.Therefore,studying the incentive mechanism of core employees in our private enterprises has important guiding significance for the core talent management model of our private enterprises and the rapid development of enterprises.Establishing an effective incentive policy is an essential element for improving corporate efficiency and stabilizing core employees.This article is based on the theoretical research on the motivation mechanism of core employees,through theoretical research on demand motivation,from the perspective of the motivation mechanism of core employees' material needs and spiritual needs,analyzes the impact of corporate incentive mechanisms and incentive strategies on the core employees of the enterprise.Select S company with a large number of employees,relatively mature development in the industry and common characteristics of typical private enterprises as the research object.After field investigation,understand the development status of S company and the current situation of core employee incentives,and analyze the existence of core employee incentive mechanisms implemented by the company The problems and reasons of the core employees' focus on motivation needs were discovered,the core employee ' s motivation method was determined,and the core employee ' s incentive mechanism plan was improved.It provides technical support for S company to attract outstanding talents and avoid brain drain.It also provides intellectual guarantee for S company's stable and sustainable development,and provides reference opinions for other domestic counterparts,so as to improve the incentive mechanism for core employees of private enterprises.
