The 21 st century is an era full of opportunities and challenges,but also an human resources competitive intensely era.For A private foreign language school,the human resources must attach great importance to.In the aspects of obtaining talents,retaining talents and making good use of talents,all of them involve the research of school teachers' incentive mechanism.The Incentive mechanism is the core issue of human resource management,but also the basic work to solve the A private foreign language school resources to maximize the efficiency.This paper summarizes the research status of incentive mechanism theoryat home and abroad through literature method,and analyzes selectively the related theory of incentive,such as content type,process type,salary function and comprehensive incentive model.This paper expounds the purpose and significance of the incentive mechanism of A private foreign language school teachers.It uses questionnaires survey method to understand the history and current situation of the three aspects of A private foreign language school teachers' incentive mechanism in material aspect,spiritual encouragement and development platform.And reveals the shortcomings of the existing incentive mechanism from different ages,different regions,different positions and different academic qualifications: that is,the lack of individual incentives,the irrational structure of the incentive mechanism,the incentive is not strong,the negative incentive operation is not standardized and feedback Communication channels are not smooth;It clarifies the incentive measures of A private foreign language school teachers: perfect the incentive examination system,optimize the incentive mechanism environment,strengthen the communication feedback mechanism and effectively implement the incentive means.Finally,this paper puts forward the effective use of the need of hierarchical theory,so to achieve "transposition,positioning,in place" trinity.
