| There must be a good teacher and a successful instructional design behind a good math class.And a successful instructional design can benefit many people.Studies have shown that mathematics classrooms in East Asia are significantly more consistent than those in other countries and regions.As the history of the development of mathematics,its important role in mathematics teaching has been widely recognized by the majority of mathematics educators.Then how to integrate the history of mathematics into the design of mathematics teaching under the cultural background of East Asia has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper will study how to integrate the history of mathematics into the teaching design so as to achieve the desired teaching effect without increasing the burden on students or affecting the coherence of classroom teaching.This study first collected and analyzed a large number of literature related to classroom teaching coherence.Instructional design is designed to be applied above the classroom,so instructional design coherence is closely related to classroom teaching relevance,and to some extent,it can be considered that instructional design coherence is a part of classroom teaching coherence.Therefore,on the basis of full reading of literature,the author produced several factors that may affect the coherence of instructional design into the history of mathematics and selected several excellent teaching designs incorporating the history of mathematics,took out key fragments from them,analyzed the selection of mathematical materials,the connection between discourses and the regular context within knowledge,and attempted to find out its characteristics and verify them by integrating literature.After drawing some preliminary conclusions from these studies,the author also issued relevant questionnaires to solicit the opinions and suggestions of front-line teachers.The collected questionnaire data were analyzed and organized,and these influencing factors were designed into a scale that can observe the coherence of teaching design integrated into the history of mathematics according to the specific gravity and basic data.The author according to these factors to make a teaching design integrating the history of mathematics with the topic of acute Angle trigonometric function,and puts it into practice to verify these factors again.The experiment shows that the teaching effect of consistent mathematics teaching design which integrates the history of mathematics is indeed quite obvious,and the result of the post-test is better than that of the control class under the condition that the basic knowledge of the students of the original two classes and the gap of the last test is not big.It can be concluded that:(1)The factors mentioned in this paper,such as materials which conform to the subject for the history of mathematics,transitive and coherent teaching language,coherent themes and activities,do have an impact on the coherence of the teaching design integrated into the history of mathematics.(2)Compared with the ordinary teaching design,there have a increase of about 12% in the passing rate of students’ learning results. |
