In the new round of basic education curriculum reform,it is proposed that we should strengthen the cultivation of student's scientific literacy in the course of teaching,and applied to the middle school curriculum,Proved by a lot of teaching practice,mastering a certain amount of biological scientific concepts are important to scientific literacy,the concept is also the basic content of biology knowledge system.the misconcepts are the cognitive conflict between students' experience and scientific objective facts,hinder the development of students' biological science literacy.On the latest promulgated by ministry of education,general high school biology curriculum standard(2017 edition)is also mentioned,the teacher must pay attention to the pre-concepts of the students' mind,especially those that error concepts conflict with the scientific concept,suggested that the teachers using the classroom teaching activities in the teaching process to help students to eliminate error concept,set up a scientific system of concepts and to correct knowledge framework.Research on the misconcepts,by the published literature from domestic situation,our country mainly began to focus on the research concept of myth from 2005,mostly focus on subject such as physics,chemistry,biology,elementary school science subject.research contents have a two-pass diagnostic questionnaire used for exploration of the concept of myth and the hot research topic in recent years,the effective transformation of concept teaching strategy.with a large presence in the teaching of the virtual experiment software,in order to achieve the teaching effect of the study through its misconcept transformation showed a increased trend year by year.Virtual experiment software Nobook is a new virtual simulation teaching equipment,through which a large number of experiments can be simulated to experience the real operation process,so as to provide a clearer and more thorough efficient classroom.Based on this,on the basis of previous studies,Choose to change the teaching of misconcepts as the research direction,this study on biological required for high schools are the basic structure of a chapter 3 cells,the use of more complete three-step measuring questionnaire investigation and diagnostic tools to carry out and misconcepts are basedon the concept of virtual experiment software Nobook myth transformation strategy research,to analyze the causes of students myth concept,mainly adopt the methods are as follows: first of all,On the basis of reading and sorting out a large number of relevant literature,this paper analyzes the research status of misconcepts at home and abroad,dredges the research trends related to this topic,understands the current situation of the existence of myth concepts in high school biology classes and the teaching strategies of the transformation of misconcepts at home and abroad,finally clarifies the practical significance and application value of this research,and finds innovative points.Secondly,through the teacher interview,combined with the content of the textbook makeing mistakes in exercises after class and the requirements of the 2017 new curriculum standard,the third-order diagnostic questionnaire of the basic structure of cells was prepared.After the prediction was repeated modified,The pre-test is carried out in the class,and the questionnaire results are sorted out and analyzed with the help of the data analysis system to summarize the students' misconceptions.The purpose of obtaining the main sources of the misconceptions is to interview the students randomly.After that,the teaching strategy based on nobook is put forward in the misconceptions transformation of the basic structure of cells for the students in the school,After the implementation of teaching practice,the experimental class and the control class were tested to test the effect of concept change.Results show that high student there are a lot of myths in the chapter in the cellular structure concept,the researchers based on the misconcepts,the students put forward based on the concept of Nobook teaching strategy can effectively improve teaching efficiency,useing SPSS and EXCEL statistical software to analyze the test data,the experimental classes and contrast that in comparative classes revealed a significant difference(P < 0.05),and the former misconcept investigation questionnaire answering question situation,experimental classes in the cell membrane,the scores in the three sections of organelle and nucleus increased correspondingly and were higher than those in the control class,indicating that the nobook-based misconcept transformation teaching could help students to construct the scientific concepts related to cell structure.In addition to,on the basis of this study,each small-node classroom test was also conducted,a total of five test,two class four times in five test showed significant difference,the experimental class scores higher than that in comparative classes,scores presented a gradually increasing trend,again,Nobook is helpful to the teaching of concept of a third chapter for compulsory learning,can promote students to understand the corresponding difficult concepts.
