Objective: In recent years, gastrointestinal diseases caused by obesity have received widespread attention. As an effective way to lose weight, aerobic exercise can improve the excitability of digestive tract nerves and speed up blood circulation in the digestive tract.Endocrine cells are widely present in the digestive tract, and their main role is to coordinate the movement and secretion functions of the digestive tract itself, and also participate in regulating the basic physiological processes of the human body.In this experiment, aerobic exercise was used as an intervention method, and obese rats were used as experimental subjects. To study the effect of aerobic exercise on the endocrine cells of the digestive tract of obese rats, and provide basic information for clarifying the relationship between aerobic exercise and the endocrine cells of the digestive tract of rats. Methods: Thirty male 6-week-old Wistar rats(185 ± 15g)were randomly divided into 2 groups. One group of rats was fed with normal diet, the normal group(n=6),and the other group was fed with pre-prepared high-sugar and high-fat diet,Obesity building module(n=24).Relevant measures are taken according to the requirements for establishing an obesity model. After the feeding time reaches 8 weeks, the model is completed.According to the relevant data of obesity requirements,6 rats that do not meet the requirements are eliminated after comparison, and the remaining 18 rats are randomly divided into For the exercise group and the control group,9 animals in each group.During the experiment, both groups of rats were fed high-sugar and high-fat diet. The exercise group used animal experimental treadmills for exercise intervention for 8 weeks, and the intensity met the requirements of aerobic exercise. After the last exercise, take the material within 24 to 48 hours.Grimelius silver staining method and immunohistochemical(ABC)method were used to explore the effects of aerobic exercise on endocrine cells in the digestive tract of obese rats.Results:(1)After 8 weeks of intervention, the body weight, perrenal fat,and serum low-density lipoprotein,high-density lipoprotein, total cholesterol and triglyceride levels of the exercise group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).(2)The argyrophil cells were found in all parts of the digestive tract of the two groups of rats, and there was no difference in cell morphology and distribution. In the exercise group, the number of argyrophils in the pylorus and small intestine of the rats in the exercise group was significantly increased(P <0.05),while the distribution density of the cardia, stomach, cecum, and colon was extremely significantly reduced(P <0.01).(3)SS(somatostatin)cells were detected in all parts of the digestive tract of the two groups of rats except the esophagus, and they were similar in shape and distribution. The distribution density of SS cells in the cardia, pylorus, duodenum, and rectum of the exercise group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.01),the jejunum was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05),and the gastric body was significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05).(4)Gas(gastrin)cells were found in the pylorus, duodenum and jejunum of the digestive tract of the two groups of rats, and they were similar in morphology and distribution. The distribution density of Gas cells in the pylorus and duodenum in the exercise group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.01).Conclusion: Obese rats’ body weight and visceral fat weight decreased significantly after exercise intervention, and all serum indexes were significantly reduced. It can be seen that the weight loss effect is good, and the serum indexes tend to be normalized.Exercise intervention did not change the morphology of endocrine cells in obese rats, but the distribution density showed significant differences in multiple locations. This change may be related to the function of various parts of the digestive tract under different physiological conditions of the animal body.
