| In recent years,the research on the transformation of underac hiever has been one of the hot areas concerned by many experts and scholars,and has made great achievements.However,in previous studies,they put forward corresponding solutions based on school support,family support,social worker support and home-school joint support,etc.,while there are relatively few studies on social workers using professional methods and parents' volunteers to help transform underachievers.Involve in the design,implementation,effect evaluation and summary of parent volunteer service through group work,expand its influence on the transformation of underachiever,and help underachiever to grow and progress.First,this paper briefly introduces the background,significance,methods and literature review of the transformation of underachiever at home and abroad.The second chapter of parent volunteer service present situation and existing problems of the account,including the part of the student parents to participate is not high,some parent volunteers to volunteer culture under stand shortcomings and problems in volunteer activities planning,organization and implementation,the content and form a lack of new idea embodied in volunteer activities,volunteer organization and management is loose,activity is the execution of proble ms and so on.The third chapter focuses on the three stages of the group work in the parent volunteer service,namely the parent mobilization work,the parent volunteer cultural training work and the parent volunteer activity implementation guidance group six activities,and in the parent volunteer service participation in the transformation of some underachiever has been tested.The fourth chapter is the summary and reflection of the whole team workIt is found that the method of parent volunteer service optimized by group work and combined with the professional method of social work has sufficient feasibility for the transformation of underachiever. |
