Secondary vocational school students are lack of motivation. It is the deep-seated reasons why the teachers teach difficultly. It also has affected the quality and reputation of the school of education. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the learning motivation of secondary vocational school students, understand the reasons for their lack of motivation and find out the strategies to stimulate their learning motivation.This article investigates the students and teachers of four schools (including three secondary vocational technical schools and one high school) firstly. I find that the lack of learning motivation is a comprehensive reflection of individual students, social, family and school problems. It plays a vital role that teaching strategies for schools and teachers to inspire the learning motivation of their students. On this basis, I analyze the factors of vocational school students lacking motivation. Finally, I make a in-depth exploration on stimulation of secondary vocational school students'learning motivation and put forward two kinds of training mode. At the same time I give some practical suggestions on secondary vocational school education. First, secondary vocational school teachers need to have the advanced concept of education, democratic teaching style and effective teaching strategies to strengthen the capacity of students learning motivation. Second, secondary vocational schools should study their students'learning motivation deeply, take reforms in Education and Teaching and create a favorable external environment for student development actively.
