Abstract/Summary:
In order to promote the healthy development of the physical education in China,the state council issued the 13thFive-Year Plan in 2017,regarding the education development of China,which emphasized to strengthen the physical class and ex-curricular activities,to vigorously support the campus football,winter sports associations in order to promote the development of traditional sports project school and physical speciality school.Since the beginning of physical speciality development,various schools have achieved good results including effectively improving physical education teaching,inspiring work enthusiasm of physics teachers through diversified organizational forms,promoting health of students while enhancing school-running speciality.The purpose of this paper is to perfect the theoretical work in the development of physical speciality school and to provide theoretical guidance for the local school during the transition.The main research methods are documentary,questionnaire,interviews and case study.This paper has a deep understanding of the concept and connotation of physical speciality school,analyzes and draws a classification diagram of people and association related to physical speciality school based on the identification of the subjects of interests that can affect the development of physical speciality school.According to the results of theoretical research and the investigation of relevant schools,the theoretical model of physical speciality school is constructed,and there are 3 primary indicators including internal support,external environment support,cooperative mechanism matching,as well as 20 secondary indicators,which will be verified by AMOS.Based on the qualitative collection of the questionnaire,the paper analyzes the indicators and summarizes five different paths of physical speciality schools(which are endogenous school promotion,sports bureau-school promotion,various-dimensional linkage,multidimensional linkage and municipal education commission-school promotion)as the cases to be discussed.Finally,this paper sorts out the paths chosen by our schools during the transition towards physical speciality schools and proposes macro suggestions based on current research combined with theoretical research and case study:(1)To promote the integration of social and sports resources and meanwhile develop campus physics;(2)Improve the faculty resources and inter-school cooperation;(3)Enhance the evaluation system of physical education and accelerate the construction of teaching staff;(4)To build an echelon of new physical speciality by applying modern information technology.
