As one of the main social problems in our country,environmental problems,and implementing environmental education with children as the target is the fundamental strategy to solve environmental problems.However,on the one hand,due to exam-oriented education,environmental education has not been effective enough in the promotion of students' learning.On the other hand,as an emerging discipline,few scholars have conducted special research on it.This study drawed on the three-dimensional system of environmental education in the subject of geography and analyzes the current status and causes of children 's environment in L City Village from three dimensions: time,space,and form.Squeeze,and the lack of teachers in private schools leads to less time for environmental education;on the spatial dimension,the weak environmental awareness of the three educational subjects of school,family and community and the relatively poor educational environment have led to children in the villages in the city Environmental education has almost become blank;in terms of form,schools take a single form of environmental education out of consideration for the safety of children.This study was based on ecosystem theory and cognitive behavior theory,took children in village L as the research object,group work as the main method and process of activity development,from the two levels of consciousness and behavior,took the two dimensions of natural ecology and social system as The contents of practical activities were intervened to increase children's awareness of environmental protection and cultivate environmental protection behaviors.At the level of consciousness,three activities of learning ecological knowledge,local knowledge,and environmental protection knowledge were carried out,aiming to improve the respect and awe of nature of the team members through the learning of ecological knowledge,and to recognized and inherited the local environmental protection knowledge and inherited from the sharing of local knowledge Methods,learned how to reduce and dealt with domestic waste from environmental protection knowledge.At the behavior level,we carried out clean community,inherited green farming,and environmental protection life activities three times,and finally implemented environmental protection in all aspects of life by participating in community environmental protection construction,deepening nature,and practicing environmental protection concepts in daily life.In terms of practical assessment,the author uses the Environmental Knowledge Scale and Environmental Care Scale that have been used in national surveys twice,through front-to-back methods,supplemented by observations during the activities,and after intervention by social work groups,The children in the group have improved their understanding of environmental knowledge,attitudes to environmental issues,and demonstrated environmentally friendly behaviors.Children's environmental education is an area that has not yet been involved in social work in China.Children traveling between urban and rural areas are a special group.Reflect on the practical process of social work involved in children's environmental education.It is necessary to achieve practical results,break through the formal environmental education model represented by schools,and develop community-based non-formal environmental education.This research is only an attempt and exploration.The future development of social work in the field of environmental education requires the joint efforts of more social workers.
