Case Work To Improved The Resilience Of Women At High Risk Of Cervical Cancer

Since the start of the free screening program for rural women in 2009,Women at high risk of cervical cancer are becoming increasingly visible,This group is under a lot of psychological pressure after learning that they have HPV.This has a major impact on the lives of individuals and families,Exploring how to enhance this group's ability to adapt and adjust to risks has practical significance.During my internship,I participated in the "two cancers" free examination service project for women,and interviewed 5 high-risk women with cervical cancer.What they have in common is that they have irrational cognition and negative emotions after learning that they are infected with HPV,and they both suffer great pain.They have different difficulties and needs,which need the attention and research of social workers.In this study,women at high risk of cervical cancer were selected as the research objects,and the physical and psychological conditions of women at high risk of cervical cancer were investigat ed and analyzed by means of interview,The results showed that HPV infection as a risk events,the illicit close sex of the parts of the body and irrational cognition makes cervical cancer in high risk women in the face of the risk events together with other crises,to the service object of psych ological form certain extrusion,display space is narrow,in the family environment is facing challe nges,such as lack of support.Based on this conclusion,This research according to the theory of re silience theory and the social support theory as the theoretical basis,the article USES the method o f case work two cervical cancer high-risk women in need for intervention,this paper expounds the case work methods and techniques and art Angle of view in the application of cervical cancer in high-risk women problems,to further expand on social work in the field of service groups and cov erage,and summarizes the process of service and reflection,exploration case work step in cervical cancer high-risk women art force promotion effect.Practice shows that using the case of cervical c ancer in high-risk women provided improve art services is effective,feasible,and case work in pro moting cervical cancer at high risk of cognitive level of the women's health at the same tim e,promote the support of cervical cancer high-risk wo-men think about their own resources and th eir own advantages,to help them to master some skills to improve the ability to resist risk.
