project implemented in accordance with the principle of "government as the leader,society as the support,school participation in the organization,and students' voluntary participation".From2017 to 2019,District Government of Kunming City launched the pilot of after-school service system of "3:30 class" in primary schools,and all primary schools in District of Kunming City started their "3:30 class" in succession.Physical activity has also become the main activity mode of "3:30 class" in most schools.Carrying out "3:30 basketball" physical activity can not only solve the "3:30" problem,but also fulfill the requirement of one hour exercise every day for students,enrich their after-school life,improve their participation,cognition and interest in physical exercise.It also responds to the call of the education department to reduce the burden of primary and secondary school students.Research results: the "3:30 basketball class" extracurricular sports activities in these schools investigated in District,Kunming City,Yunnan Province are well carried out in school,students.Parents and leaders have given a very high evaluation,the survey also found that students are more active in participation,the teaching methods and content of external teachers,parents and schools are also more satisfied.After class sports activities of "3:30 basketball class" are carried out in each school for more than one and a half hours,with medium intensity training,which can not only meet the exercise needs of most students,but also meet the requirements of students' exercise for one hour every day,and also help parents solve the problem of transportation.Students participate in the extracurricular sports activities of "3:30 basketball class",students enhance their physical health,improve their understanding and understanding of sports,and cultivate their interest in sports,so that students can learn a sports skill,improve their physical and mental health and find a really positive and healthy friendship in the class.The main factors that affect the participation of most of the students who participate in the "3:30" after-school sports activities are that the school can not attract parents to participate.More parents are worried that they will pay some fees and increase teachers' workload to participate in extracurricular activities in the school,resulting in the quality of after-school activities can not be guaranteed.This paper gives some suggestions: in carrying out the "3:30 basketball" afterschool sports activities,we need to broaden the source of funds,solve the problem that all the funds for the activities are paid by the government,and sufficient funds can solve the problem of venue maintenance and equipment purchase,so as to avoid the factors of venue and equipment affecting students' participation in the "3:30 basketball" afterschool sports activities.In the school,we should also improve the school leaders' attention to the "3:30 basketball" sports after class activities,strictly supervise and control the qualification of the training institutions and the threshold of the external teachers,and use the excellent teachers' team
