Under the guidance of the "student-centered" educational thought and the concept of "lifelong education",self-learning ability has always been one of the key research directions of scholars at home and abroad.Students with independent learning ability can complete learning independently,actively and consciously,and can self-orient,monitor,adjust and evaluate the self-learning process.This is the prerequisite for students to achieve active learning.In the information age,cultivating talents capable of independent learning is the primary goal of college teaching,and it is also a top priority.This paper sorts out the relevant literature on the connotation and influencing factors of autonomous learning ability.Under the guidance of social cognition theory,it integrates learning motivation,learning strategy and learning environment into the research framework of the influencing factors of autonomous learning ability,and builds autonomous learning ability.The influencing factor action model,based on the existing research results,proposes the research hypothesis of the influencing factors of autonomous learning ability,and attempts to use the model to discover the main mechanism of the influencing factors of autonomous learning ability.In the specific empirical research,this paper selects the appropriate econometric model,and1000 questionnaires are distributed to a university in Northwest China.The survey data is used to test the hypothesis model and judge the authenticity of the theoretical framework.The main contents of this research include the following four aspects.Firstly,the paper analyzes the status of self-learning ability from the four dimensions of self-orientation,self-determination,self-monitoring and self-evaluation.Secondly,it will learn motivation,learning strategies and learning.The three constructs of environmental adaptation are organically integrated into the same research framework,and the relationship between learning motivation,learning strategies,learning environment adaptation and self-learning ability is deeply studied,and theoretical research models are constructed on this basis;again,The structural model(SEM)analysis method is used to carry out path analysis and confirmatory factor analysis on the constructed model,and the theoretical model is tested.The results show that “learning motivation”,“learning strategy” and “learning environment adaptation” have a significant positive impact on students' self-learning ability,and the influence of learning strategies on autonomous learning ability is more significant.Learning motivation affects autonomous learning ability through learning strategies and learning environment adaptation.Learning strategies and learning environment adaptation play a partial intermediary role between learning motivation and independent learning ability.Finally,based on empirical analysis results,it propose some suggestions from the three levels of learning motivation,learning strategy and learning environment to cultivate and enhance students' independent learning ability.mainly includes:Inspire learners' learning motivation,cultivate learners' interest in learning,systematically teach learning strategies,create a good learning environment,improve students' adaptability,change assessment and motivation,and enhance students' subjective awareness,etc.
