In recent years, with the continuous expansion of postgraduate enrollment, the number of interdisciplinary academic postgraduate has also increased. Compared with the traditional postgraduates, interdisciplinary academic postgraduates will have a lot of problems in the process of professional learning. This study aimed at this kind of postgraduates to carry out in-depth research work. Through the grasp of the first-hand materials and analysis, this study aims to understand the interdisciplinary academic postgraduates’ problems in the process of professional learning. In order to enhance the quality of interdisciplinary academic postgraduate education, this study puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of cause analysis.This study selected 240 pedagogy interdisciplinary academic postgraduates from four universities as the research objects, which come from Liaoning Province and Jilin Province. This study conducted a questionnaire survey in five dimensions, that is, the learning motivation, the learning objective, the learning attitude, the learning methods and the learning effect. Based on the analysis of questionnaire data, the author found that interdisciplinary academic postgraduates have the following problems in the process of professional learning: the learning motivation is blindness; the learning objective is tend to be utilitarian; the learning attitude is lack of enthusiasm, self-awareness and initiative; the learning method is lack of research, communication and creativity; the number of the students’ academic research results is small, and the quality is not too high.In order to cross the interdisciplinary academic postgraduates’ problems in the process of professional learning, this study puts forward six countermeasures and suggestions, that is, to mobilize the students’ interest in academic learning; to understand and evaluate oneself correctly, and make a reasonable self-positioning; to correct attitude towards learning, and establish the correct sense of learning; to carry out a wide variety of interdisciplinary academic exchange activities; to set up basic professional knowledge curriculum for students separately; to give full play to the advantage of inter-professional knowledge background.
