As the foundation of all natural sciences,physics plays an irreplaceable role,and undertakes the responsibility of cultivating students' ability,improving their scientific literacy,and continuously providing versatile talents needed by socialism for the country.As is known to all,physics is a subject with high requirements for abstract thinking and logical thinking,which undoubtedly increases the difficulty of physics learning.Due to the special and various factors,a large number of students in the remote Yushu area have physical learning difficulties in different degrees,which brings great challenges to the quality education of high school students in Yushu area.In order to implement quality-oriented education and improve the education and teaching level in Yushu area,this paper accurately analyzes and summarizes the reasons for the large number of students with learning difficulties in high school physics in this area,and on this basis,puts forward feasible transformation strategies according to local conditions.It is the fundamental purpose of this study to try to transform some students with learning difficulties.In response to the above problems,this paper firstly defines the concepts of physics-poor students and analyzes the characteristics of the physics discipline,considers objective factors and subjective factors to compile a questionnaire for physics-poor students in high school,distributes the questionnaire during the internship,and combines the local Interviews and observations by students with physics difficulties and teachers analyze the reasons for the large number of students with physics difficulties in Yushu area and draw conclusions:(1)Objective aspects: The special social and family environment leads to the backward educational concept,the shortage of teachers and the low professional literacy,and the abstract and difficult characteristics of physics are the objective reasons for the emergence of a large number of physics students with learning difficulties.(2)Subjective aspects: The learning motivation of the students with learning difficulties in Yushu area is seriously insufficient,the students with learning difficulties lack the necessary ability to learn physics,and the bad learning methods and habits cannot adapt to the high school physics learning.Meanwhile,the impact of the psychological obstacles on their studies cannot be ignored.After analysing the causes of the poor student physics in the region,using the theory of pedagogy,psychology knowledge combined with the actual situation of local education,suit the remedy to the case put forward some strategy physical poor student,and to individual poor student during the internship to intervene and achieved obvious transformation effect,verify the validity and feasibility of transformation strategy.Our research comprehensively and objectively analyzes and summarizes the reasons for the large number of high school physics poor students in the Yushu area,and provides practical transformation ideas for the transformation of the high school physics students in this area.The improvement of the level provides some reference,and at the same time it has a point-and-face effect on the improvement of the education level of other ethnic areas.
