University classrooms are the best places to educate students, and they are also the main places for students to grow and gain. The undergraduate's learning outcomes from the comprehensive quality education elective courses is an important basis for colleges to launch comprehensive quality education elective courses. To this end, based on the review and combing of relevant domestic and foreign literature, this study takes Yunnan University as the research object, and through random sampling surveys and interview surveys of undergraduates from this school,it summarizes the current problems of the undergraduates' learning outcomes of the comprehensive quality education elective courses and the main reasons for them. The countermeasures and suggestions for improving learning outcomes of undergraduates' comprehensive quality education elective courses are put forward. So,undergraduates can get better course experience and learning outcomes. In order to achieve the above purpose, this study is mainly carried out in the following aspects:Prepare survey questionnaires and interview outlines. The questionnaires were prepared from the cognitive, ability, and emotional attitude values of undergraduates' comprehensive quality education elective courses. The outline of the interview is mainly divided into three aspects, that is,the situation of the undergraduates' comprehensive quality education elective course learning, the problems and reasons, and suggestions for improvement.Conduct surveys and interviews.Questionnaires and interviews were conducted from September 2019 to January 2020.A total of 800 questionnaires were distributed and 748 questionnaires were collected. The interviews were conducted by a combination of telephone interviews and in-depth interviews.A total of 18 undergraduates were interviewed.Analyze the survey results.Through SPSS statistical analysis and interview analysis of the effective data of the recovery questionnaire,it was found that the overall level of undergraduate comprehensive quality education elective learning outcomes are at a medium level, and cognitive gains, emotional attitude values gains, and ability gains are gradually decreasing. There are significant differences in undergraduates' comprehensive quality education elective courses in gender, grade, parents' expectation level, and family economic status, and there are no significant differences in the student's origin, subject, learning situation, and parental education level. The undergraduate's learning outcomes of the comprehensive quality education elective courses are mainly due to the lack of external and internal driving force to obtain new knowledge, participation rate of elective courses forcomprehensive quality education is not high;the required ability cannot be met,and the existing ability cannot be improved;the lack of emotional attitude values' learning.Aiming at the problems in the current situation of undergraduates' learning outcomes of the comprehensive quality education elective courses, the main reasons are as follows:external factors, less strict requirements for students, more "water courses",and less interaction between teachers and students;class participation is low.Internal factors: the learning attitude is not correct, the learning consciousness is low;the learning reflection ability is insufficient.Put forward countermeasures to improve the status quo of the undergraduates comprehensive quality education elective course learning outcomes: improve the internal and external driving force of learning and promote the development of cognitive level;create opportunities for "practical" activities in class and off-class to promote capacity development And development;increase the penetration of emotional attitude values, and give the whole process of education.
