Education is the cornerstone of national development,and compulsory education is the cornerstone of educational development.In recent years,compulsory education has been highly valued,but compulsory education in ethnic areas is still the shortcoming of the entire compulsory education.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized: "Basic education is in a basic and leading position in the national education system." And compulsory education is the top priority of basic education.Under the leadership of the party and the country,the implementation of the policy of balanced development of compulsory education has reached a basically balanced situation in terms of learning.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the main contradictions in our society have been transformed into contradictions between the people ’s increasing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.This imbalance and inadequate existence also exist in the field of education.It is reflected in urban and rural areas;inadequate is mainly reflected in rural areas,and the key to improving the quality of compulsory education lies in a team of capable,high-quality,and full-disciplinary teachers.This thesis takes the difference in the supply of compulsory education teachers as the selected topic,and conducts a field survey of compulsory education in three counties(districts)of city B of the G Minority Autonomous Region based on public product theory and supplydemand balance theory.,Differences and reasons,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The full text is composed of five chapters.The introduction takes the balanced development of compulsory education as the starting point to sort out the development of compulsory education in China.The first chapter first explains the core concepts of education,supply,and compulsory education in ethnic areas,and clarifies the connection between public goods,supply side and teacher supply;the second chapter is an overview of the current situation of the economic and social development of city B,And its compulsory education and teachers ’policies and achievements;Chapter 3 is the core content of this chapter,and it clarifies the differences in the supply of compulsory education teachers in City B and its reasons through empirical analysis;Chapter 4 is aimed at the compulsory education teachers in City B.Supply differences,put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Through an empirical analysis of the differences in compulsory education teachers in City B,it is found that the differences in the supply of compulsory education teachers in City B are mainly reflected between urban and rural areas,inter-schools,and regions,and the insufficient supply of teachers in quantity and quality is reflected in different school periods and levels.Problems such as low supply efficiency.Aiming at the causes of the problem,it puts forward the concept of deepening the supply of compulsory education teachers in ethnic areas and improving the supply system,so as to improve the difference in the supply of compulsory education teachers in city B.
