With the acceleration of education integration and the further expansion of the gap between urban and rural areas,more and more attention has been paid to the quality of rural education.The low quality of rural education in the weak end directly reflects the low performance of teachers,which is closely related to the survival status of teachers.The most direct reason is related to the degree of social support teachers feel.Research shows that social support has a direct effect on job performance,so it is particularly important to pay attention to the impact of social support on Teachers' job performance.However,teachers have their own professional particularity.In addition to their family and friends,school leaders and colleagues are also important others of teachers in the school field.As a social person,teachers shoulder teaching,student management and many other complicated affairs.Teachers' work is increasingly complex and pressure is multiplied,and the resulting problems of teacher role conflict and job burnout are greatly weak It changes the effect of social support on Teachers' work performance,and teachers' psychological capital is an important psychological resource of teachers,which will affect teachers' attitude,behavior and performance.Psychological capital can be measured and developed,and can be obtained through targeted training.Through the process of energy supplement and motivation stimulation,it can transform the social support teachers feel into the gain of individual work attitude,alleviate teachers' negative emotions,and improve work performance.Therefore,it is very important to pay attention to the mechanism of teachers' psychological capital in Teachers' social support and work performance.Based on this,this study starts with the social support source of teachers,and takes the rural compulsory education teachers in X city of H Province as the research object,adopts the literature method and questionnaire survey method,and uses the correlation analysis,difference analysis and structural equation model to explore the relationship among social support,psychological capital and teachers' work performance.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Social support has a positive predictive effect on Teachers' task performance and interpersonal promotion,but has no significant direct effect on job dedication and adaptive performance.(2)Teachers' psychological capital(transactional and interpersonal)plays an intermediary role in social support,job performance and its dimensions.According to the empirical results,this paper puts forward three suggestions to improve the work performance of rural compulsory education teachers,the first is to set up a new concept of resources and attach importance to the psychological capital of primary and secondary school teachers;the second is to increase social support to provide energy supplement for improving work performance;the third is to develop the psychological capital of teachers to provide power support for improving work performance.
