At present,informatization teaching has been generally recognized and promoted in China,and the importance of teachers' information technology application ability has also increased,especially in some major education provinces in East China.The development of education informatization is even more prosperous.Modern education is developing rapidly,but it also presents some problems.The phenomenon of uneven development of education is becoming more and more obvious.As an economically underdeveloped minority region in western China,the Tibet Autonomous Region is relatively backward in education development.A survey and analysis of the status of information technology application abilities of middle school chemistry teachers in this region will help promote the reform of information teaching in middle school chemistry teachers in Tibet.In order to investigate the current status of the application of information technology in middle school chemistry teachers in Tibet,this study took the middle school chemistry teachers in Tibet as the main survey object,using the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,through the collection,reading and research of relevant literature,according to this study The needs and the nature of the research object,based on the existing and mature questionnaire,the questionnaire of this study was developed,a total of 103 teachers were surveyed,including 48 middle school chemistry teachers in Tibet,51 Han teachers,and other ethnic teachers 4 people.The survey found that the overall information technology application ability of middle school chemistry teachers in Tibet is not good enough.Although the average level of information technology application ability of middle school chemistry teachers in Tibet is on the whole,some teachers' information technology application ability has not reached the qualified standard.Most teachers have this ability.Only the performance is qualified,and only a few teachers can achieve excellence.In addition,the capabilities of the technical literacy dimension,planning and preparation dimension,organization and management dimension,evaluation and diagnosis dimension,and learning and development dimension all only meet the eligibility criteria.Among them,the evaluation and diagnosis dimension has the lowest score among the five dimensions and needs to be improved.Teachers are not familiar with chemistry-specific information technology software and tools,and the ability of Tibetan teachers and older and older chemistry teachers to apply information technology is relatively weak.According to the current status of the middle school chemistry teacher education information technology application level in Tibetan areas,combined with the results of the questionnaire and interview results,the factors that affect the development of the middle school chemistry teacher education information technology application ability are mainly the teachers themselves and the school.Due to the constraints of the geographical environment and the relatively backward cultural impact of science education in Tibetan areas,in the process of improving and developing the quality of basic Tibetan education,a small number of Tibetan middle school chemistry teachers have traditional education concepts and insufficient awareness of the development of information technology applications,and teachers lack sufficient chemistry Practical experience in informatization teaching,lack of mastery of chemistry-specific information technology teaching software and tools;in addition,Tibetan areas are remote ethnic areas,economic conditions are relatively backward,some schools have limited funding for resource and equipment allocation,and schools lack relevant incentives and related systems to protect teachers The application of information technology makes the application skills of middle school chemistry teachers in this area insufficient.In view of this situation and its influencing factors,in order to improve the information technology application ability of middle school chemistry teachers in Tibet,this study puts forward the following suggestions: we must increase the construction of infrastructure and chemistry network resources;change the traditional teaching concepts of chemistry teachers in Tibetan areas,Promote the development of teachers' information technology application ability;adopt multiple methods to improve the incentive mechanism;combine the characteristics of middle school chemistry teachers in Tibetan areas to improve the training mechanism and adopt multiple training methods.
