With the rapid development of education technology. Now,The teaching form and content of education is also changing a lot,so advancing the teaching informatization is imperative,A lot of school teaching equipment in our country follow in the footsteps of the informatization teaching are also gradually change, According to "national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline (2010-2020),"The primary and secondary school teachers’ information technology application standard(trial) "to the requirement of teachers, Teachers’ ICT application ability should meet the requirements of the current teaching,But it is not hard to find,High school informatization teaching has been meeting lots of problems,In addition to hardware,one of the biggest difficulties is that teachers’ ability to apply ICT remains to be strengthened,Teachers’ information technology training has become a primary choice by the education departments and schools, but teachers’ information technology training has influenced by many factors ,This study about teachers’ information technology training for teachers’ ability to apply ICT,In order to find out the biggest influence on teachers’information technology training, and improve the effectiveness of the teachers’information technology training, Finally make teachers’ ability to apply ICT improved.The research of this paper addresses the issue of the following:(1)The connotation of the school chemistry teachers’ information technology training?(2) The connotation and the structure of chemistry teachers’ ability to apply ICT in Middle and High school ?(3)What is the status of middle and High school chemistry teachers’ information technology training? How differences in demographic background factors?(4)What is the status of teachers’ ability to apply ICT? How differences in demographic background factors?(5)what is the impact of chemistry teachers’ information technology training and teachers’ ability to apply ICT ?This thesis consists of five parts,The first part is the introduction:Discusses the origin of the research question, research purpose and meaning, research design and methods,The second part is literature review: "Explain and illustrate the teacher training"and "information technology"、"ICT" "teachers’ ability to apply ICT" core concepts .Then I reviewed the study related research status about home and abroad .The third part is the focus of this study:Is chemistry teachers’ research of the impact of information technology training and teachers’ ability to apply ICT .First of all, through the questionnaire from the preparation, test and formal instructions to the final recovery distributing,Then the influence factors of high school chemistry. teachers’ information technology training and middle school chemistry teachers’ ability to apply ICT for statistics and analysis,From the internal factors ,environmental factors,the effect three dimension affects teachers’ information technology training perform demographic background difference test;Five dimensions of teachers’ ability to apply ICT is described ,such as information literacy, the design and preparation, organization and management, assessment and diagnosis, communication and study the present situation of the ,At the same time demographic background difference inspection,Following analysis all dimensions Pearson correlation of the teacher ’information technology training and teachers’ ability to apply ICT in the questionnaire .At last, through the assumption of model validated with path analysis method, have what influence between path between inspection.The fourth part is the conclusion of this study: the specific conclusions of this study, inspiration, and innovation and deficiency, reflection and prospectThis study of the specific conclusions are as follows:(1) the connotation of the high school chemistry teachers’ information technology training is as follows: improving teachers’ information literacy and the ability of using technology to teachings’ training,That is to say the training can help teachers realize that when you need information, and be able to use appropriate teaching equipment to retrieve, assess and effectively use information in communication with the students comprehensive ability.(2) The ability to apply ICT of middle school chemistry teachers refers to under the background of information technology and curriculum integration, teachers have the use of network technology and mobile terminal technology, touch screen technology,visualization technology, virtual reality technology to obtain and integrate communication and communication technologies such as information, optimization of teaching,strengthen and peers,students’ ability of communication and so on; It is consists of five aspects, information literacy ability, ability to design and preparation,ability to organization and management, ability to diagnosis and assessment, ability to communication and learning.(3 ) The overall score of teachers’ information technology training is good,the environment is the most important factor influence teachers’ willingness to participate in training, Internal factors is the minimal impact about the teachers’ willingness to participate in training the teacher’s teaching experience in the teachers’ information technology training, teaching ege, and on regional on the effect factors and teachers’classroom environment there are significant differences in environmental factors.Teachers in the age of 1 to 3 years are significantly more likely than teachers in 3 -5 years.Teachers who have a master’s degree are significantly higher than those with a bachelor’s degree. Provincial teachers scored significantly higher than those at municipal and county levels; Teachers who use a touch machine are significantly more likely to score higher than those using the teacher’s computer + projector + screen.but the effect factors in the gender, school teachers from the school level, job title, position, whether to participate in the training, using computer aided teaching time, teaching grade of teachers’ information technology training had no significant difference.(4) The ability to apply ICT of middle school chemistry teachers is at the secondary level , teachers’ information literacy and the ability to design and prepare development are good; The communication and learning ability is worst, The ability of organization and management and diagnosis and assessment development are in the medium level.The ability to apply ICT of middle school chemistry teachers has significant differences on regional,teaching age and class environment, More than 20 years, 10 to 20 years, 5-10 years’ experience of the ability to apply ICT were significantly higher than that of 1 -3 of teaching teachers, Teachers’ ability to apply ICT who is from provincial capital was obviously higher than that of teachers from villages and towns in gender, school level,educational background, title, position, whether to participate in training, taught grade on high school chemistry teachers’ ICT application ability does not exist significant differences.(5) Teachers’ information technology training of each dimension and the whole of the ability to apply ICT and the different dimensions and overall, there was a significant positive correlation relationship between internal factors and the information literacy,effect factors on the design and preparation and environmental factors and the organization and management ability, environmental factors and the diagnosis and assessment of ability, effect factors have a significant influence on communication and learning ability.This study in order to promote research on the effects of teachers’ information technology training provides the direction and way of thinking, elaboration to the teachers’ information technology training is how to affect the ability to apply ICT of the specific process, improve teachers’ information environment in the use and training.Strive to create a good environment to better training, achieve good training results.
