Research On The Difficulty Value Structure Of High-level Rhythmic Gymnasts

The main purpose of this paper is to study the development structure and trend of difficulty value of high-level rhythmic gymnasts,and to find out the main problems of difficulty value structure of Chinese high-level rhythmic gymnasts in a complete set of technical movements of rhythmic gymnastics.Taking the top eight individual and collective events participating in the 2017,2018 and 2019 rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships as the research object,this paper makes an in-depth study on the value structure of the difficulty of a complete set of movements through literature review,data collation and analysis.The main conclusions are as follows:1.In the value of individual complete difficulty of high-level rhythmic gymnasts,the change of physical difficulty score under the new rules basically has no obvious fluctuation in a horizontal position.With the promotion of the new rules,the difficulty of the equipment with exercise in the complete set of movements has been greatly improved,but compared with the ball,circle and stick,the score of the equipment difficulty is lower.2.In the difficulty score of the complete set of 5 laps of the collective event,after the difficulty score is changed,it directly improves the difficulty value,and pays more attention to the embodiment of the difficulty technology in the complete set of movements.In the difficulty value of the complete set of 3-ball and 2-rope movements,the difficulty value of the complete set is greatly improved,but the score decreases in the completion score,which can be seen that the pursuit of difficult technical movements in the complete set of movements ignores the completion quality of technical movements.3.China’s high-level rhythmic gymnasts,in individual events,the value of difficulty reflects less difficulty in a complete set of movements and great mistakes in technical movements.4.The improvement of difficulty value in 5 laps of collective events is a new breakthrough,and the score of difficulty value is higher than that of foreign elite athletes.5.Compared with one kind of equipment and two kinds of equipment,the individual equipment has a higher level of physical difficulty and equipment difficulty,but there is a great error in the technical movement in the double-device collective project.
