A Comparative Study On The Value Of Arrangement Of Combination Difficulty Movements For Elite Athletes Of Individual Gymnastics Between China And Foreign Countries

Rhythmic gymnastics is a difficult-to-be-beautiful item in gymnastics.Difficulty and beauty are its winning laws and winning factors.Although China's outstanding athletes have been affirmed and praised by foreign referees in international competitions in recent years,personal events have always been our country's weakness.Analysis of individual's all compositions in China and abroad total value the difficulty of the top three athletes choreography,four categories of proportion of difficulties,as well as the difficulty's value,search for rhythmic gymnastics individual' in composition of the development trend of the difficulty choreographic value,in order to improve the difficulty of individual choreographic value,enhance the competitiveness in the international competition to provide certain theoretical basis.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the statistic data of the 2019 world championships and the national championship,at home and abroad excellent individual all-around top three athletes difficulty choreography combined the highest total value is divided into the ball of 44.8,the lowest 27.9 points,individual hoop,ball,clubs,ribbon,with the four apparatus choreography,the highest total value for Dina ball is 16.7.(2)In terms of the proportion of the composition's choreography,the percentage of the top three athletes in the domestic and foreign excellent individual all apparatus in individual all-around is calculated.Among the composition,the highest proportion is the ball's apparatus difficulty(AD),which accounts for 48% of the composition,and the lowest proportion is the dance steps combination,which only accounts for 2% of the composition.(3)In four kinds of difficulties,the body difficulty(BD),the highest total value for Zhao Yating hoop and ball both 5.7 points,combined with dynamic elements with rotation(R)with the highest total value for clubs,Arina and Zhao Yating's clubs,Linoy's clubs all reached 3.9 points,apparatus difficulty(AD),the highest total value for Dina's ball reached 9.0 points.Based on the above conclusions,the following Suggestions are made:(1)Apparatus difficulty play the most important role in the value of composition's choreography.Athletes need to master the use of various types of apparatus to increase the total score value of complete sets of choreography.(2)According to the ability of the athlete,she should give full play to her special skills and try her best to choose a short time and extra points,and raise the choreography value of the body difficulty in the composition.(3)The number of additional factors should be increased as much as possible in the choreography of dynamic elements with rotation,so that more additional factors can be added to each individual R to improve the value of the choreographic value of R.(4)The dance steps combination in the value of the minimum proportion,in order to save more time to complete more bonus movement,it is recommended to complete a dance steps combination in the composition can be arranged to highlight the style of the composition,so that the composition looks more artistic.
