Purpose:Aerobics gymnastics is a fixed combination multiple action structure grading sport project, which needs whole body joints together to participate in, while core strength plays a crucial role in strength transfer from the upper to the lower part of body, supporting body movements and various axial rotation. Don’t grasp the characteristics of core muscle strength in difficulty elements which can lead to strength training practice inefficiency and blindness problem and it is difficult to guarantee athletes’success rate and quality at the completion of Group A difficulty elements. Methods:This study involved methods of expert interview, training tracking experimental test and literature. And with the aid of camera (120 f/s), DTS 2D Goniometer,DTS Inclinometer, 2400DTS 16 Telemyo channel wireless telemetry electromyographic signal acquisition methods of electric system (sampling frequency 1500 hz), we tested 6 international athletes in this study; This research Core strength characteristic of high level aerobics gymnastics male athlete’s group A difficult elements was subjected to EMG analysis.Results:(1) The right abdomen oblique muscle is the major muscle that contributes to completing the lifted wenson pushups movements among 10 muscles durining wave leg and the pectoralis major, right abdomen oblique muscle, right vertical durning pushing up. The right abdomen oblique muscle generates the maximum power on the stage of leg up and the pectoralis major on the highest point. The leg up stage needs more stalbe than pushing up stage, core muscles cooperate personliation features obviously.(2) One leg hinge push-ups main force pectoralis’major muscle is right pectoralis major and left the latissimus dorsi and the left the latissimus dorsi’s peak amplitude appears in the body low stage. The left and right side of muscles appear "unbalanced partial load" phenomenon. The speed of the body after the fall has an important impact on motion stability and needs to choose appropriate point position.(3) Athletes which comlpete plio push up 1/1 twist airborne to push up mainly work muscles are pectoralis major muscle and the rectus durning push up stage. The left pectoralis major and right rectus abdominis play an important role to the moment of inertia; The abdominal oblique muscle and the latissimus dorsi rotate play a key role to the body on the air. Each muscle contribution is balanced, stable core "co-contraction during landing phase. Abdominal oblique muscle’s peak strength is on the air stage.Players’pectoralis major due to pre-activated, appeared in the moments before landing partly. The peak time of other muscles individual difference is obvious.(4) Athletes which contribute to explosive a-framel/2 turn to wenson mostly musclesare pectoralis major, abdominal oblique muscle activation deep degree during push up the stage; The main contribution muscle are rectus and abdominal oblique muscle, abdominal oblique muscleactivate deeply, the latissimus dorsi present the phenomenon of "unbalanced offset loading"on the air; The big contribution proportion is pectoralis major and right abdomen oblique muscle, which is also activated degree deeper muscles, right pectoralis major process change is great during landing stage.Under the lateral related muscle contraction, maintain the stability of the trunk.Pectoralis major’s peakin the late push off the ground and right abdomen oblique’s peakphase muscle in wenson leg lifts, peak time of other muscles individual difference is obvious.(5) Athletes complete straddle cut 1/2 twist to push up whose rectus abdominal, abdominal oblique muscle, pectoralis major contribution proportion bigger during push up into the air and abdominal oblique muscle activated deeply. The rectus and vertical spinal muscular co-contraction to maintain the stability of the core, in addition to the pectoralis major and rectus, other muscles appear unbalance force phenomenon during landing phase. Each muscle generate great strengthat the end of push off the ground and the ground early.(6) Athletes complete high v-supportl/2 twist to push up right overwhose the latissimus dorsi contribution proportion is larger during support stage, the latissimus dorsi left and right side have bigger difference.Abdominal oblique and the latissimus dorsimuscle activated deeply. The right the size of the latissimus dorsi’s explosive force plays an important role to raise the height of the torso. The right abdominal oblique muscle, the left erector and the rightlatissimus dorsi have great contribution during swivel stage; The erector and vertical spinal muscular co-contraction to maintain the stability of the core during landing phase.Abdominal oblique muscle and the latissimus dorsi appear peak strength during twist in the air, erector spinae’s peak muscle during landing phase.(7) Athletes complete double leg 1/1 circlewhose left latissimus dorsi and abdominal oblique muscle strength can decide the size of the body moving range and height during left support stage and the degree of activation is deeper. The left and right side muscle force unbalance is very significant. The left latissimus dorsi generate great strength during the left side swing and force is gradually become smallerin the lateral, which in the process of gradual transition to other muscles; The latissimus dorsi appear peak strength in changing hands, peak time of other muscles individual difference is obvious.(8) Athletescomplete flair 1/1 turn to wenson whose left pectoralis major and the left abdomen oblique muscle contribute greatly during two hands straddle; The left latissimus dorsi and abdominal oblique muscle play major contribution during left hand supporting phase, obvious unbalance and deeply activated; The left latissimus dorsi and abdominal oblique muscle play a major role during tow hands behind supportingstage. The abdominal oblique muscle and the latissimus dorsi occupy larger proportion during right support stage, the latissimus dorsi of two side appear significant difference; The abdominal oblique muscle occupy larger contribution proportion, activation degree and deep at the same time, a relatively balanced muscle force during hands on stage. The left and right side of the latissimus dorsi joint co-contraction plays an important role for the body rotation accuracy and stability.(9) Athletes complete the helicopter to wensonwhose main work muscles are right abdomen oblique muscle during leg swing stage.legs swinging amplitude and speed is differentalso lead to each muscle contribution proportion and the activation degree of significant differences. The largest contribution to the swivel phase is left the latissimus dorsi. The peak strength appear in the moment of suspension and also the leftlatissimus dorsi, left pectoralis. The peak time of other muscles individual difference is obvious.Conclsion:(1) In the Push-upsfamily, to complete Lifted wenson push-ups should pay attention to right abdominal oblique muscle, pectoralis major, and right vertical spinal muscular strength training, to completing one leg hinge push-ups need strengthening pectoralis major right and left the latissimus dorsi strength training. At the same time for two actions about personalization and lateral muscle forcibly "unbalanced offset loading" force characteristics, it should strengthen the corresponding side muscle strength, and personalized training.(2) For Wenson Push-ups family, the lateral chest muscle has greatercontributionthan the dorsal muscletothe speed and rotation rangeduring push up;The rectus abdominal oblique muscle and muscle strength of air movement big contribution proportion and stability. The amplitude of the pectoralis major pre-activatedis benefit to the torso relief from the ground and to stabilize the trunk;core muscle coordination way’s personalization features are obvious during landing stage. The front and side related muscles are co-contraction together to form flexible rigid body on the whole.(3) Athletes completehigh v-supportl/2 twist to push up should focus on abdominal oblique muscle, the latissimus dorsi muscle strength training and abdominal oblique muscle, the latissimus dorsi need to have the big power.Carry buttock highly depends on the size of the right the latissimus dorsi explosive force. The main work musclesare right oblique muscle and the latissimus dorsi during swivel stage, some athletes’pectoralis major pre-activated syndrome before landing; The rectus and erector spinae muscular co-contraction is to control body stability during landing phase.(4) For leg circle family, the support arm of the latissimus dorsinear the single arm and away from the bracket on one side of the abdomen oblique muscle are always formed a major co-contraction system to form a rigid body, which form a temporary core provides a stable platform for the rotation of the body. The latissimus dorsi appear maximum forcein changing hands around instantaneous and plays an important role in the trunk speeds up.The left and right side oblique muscle contraction together to control the trunk space location plays an important role for flairl/1 turn to wenson.(5) When athletes complete helicopter to wenson, the legs swinging the range and speed is different, which also led to various muscles contribution proportion, the degree of activation and the peak of significant differences, swivel stage needs to pay attention to the left latissimus dorsi strength training, twist moment also need to have the big power.
