Research On The Promotion Of Sports Dance In Primary And Secondary Schools In Kashgar, Xinjiang

Sports dance is a project with a large professional span.It is not only a sport,but also a dance art.It perfectly contains the well-known "health" and "beauty".Although Xinjiang has started a sports dance project very early,due to economic and geographical constraints,the development of sports dance in primary and secondary schools in Kashi is very slow.According to search data and surveys,it has been found that there are very few schools of sports dance courses.Most schools do not offer sports dance courses,and some are just club activities of sports dance.This article investigates and analyzes the development of sports dance in primary and secondary schools in Kashi,Xinjiang,and aims to provide some theoretical basis for the development of sports dance in primary and secondary schools in Kashi,Xinjiang.Through investigation and analysis,it is concluded that the promotion of sports dance in primary and secondary schools in the Kashi region of Xinjiang.First,it is conducive to the construction of a harmonious campus,which can enrich the campus cultural life of students,help increase students' study interest,and make students curious about the physical education classroom heart.Second,it helps students to develop in an all-round way.It can strengthen students 'physique,shape a symmetrical body shape,and improve students' physical fitness.Third,it helps to improve the function of students' internal organs.Fourth,improve students' aesthetic and musical literacy.Fifth,develop students' team spirit and the spirit of helping each other,overcoming difficulties,and being brave.Sixth,it helps to adjust students' emotions,alleviate their psychological stress,prevent the occurrence of psychological diseases,and make students grow up happily and healthily.Based on the above research results,the following suggestions are proposed: introduce some professional teachers to make teachers' resources professional and advanced;try to equip and improve sports dance-related venues and facilities so that students can have a good learning environment;according to the specifics of local students Situation,teach according to their aptitude,plan to develop a set of teaching materials and teaching methods suitable for them,improve their learning interest in sports dance,and promote the development of sports dance in the Kashi region and early access to campus Positive contribution.
