In recent years,high school history curriculum has been gradually valued,whether students,parents or teachers,are beginning to realize the importance of this subject.History teacher is an important guide in the process of learning history for senior high school students.Therefore,how to recognize and understand the impact of teachers' personal quality in the history classroom teaching in high school,and how to better help the history teachers improve their personal quality has become a problem that needs to be studied and discussed.Taking Ding'an middle school in Hainan Province as the research object,this paper makes a questionnaire survey on the current situation of students' learning quality and teachers' accomplishment in history teaching in the second grade of senior high school.The results of the survey show that the students in the second year of senior high school have a high degree of love for the subject of history.Most of the students like the current history teacher and approve of the teacher's ability in knowledge level,teaching methods,etc.,some students think that history teachers are lack of knowledge reserve,teaching ability,attitude accomplishment,and so on.The survey data also reflect that teachers have a high level of specialization,but their achievements in history are not outstanding,the influence of teachers' accompli shment on students' academic achievement is not obvious,but more on the speed,breadth and depth of students' historical knowledge.Based on the above,the author thinks that we can improve the quality of high school history teachers from such aspects as "the training of history teachers in colleges and universities should be strict" and "the selection system of history teachers in high schools".
