Since the introduction of social work into China in the 20th century,a large number of social work institutions have emerged.Social work institutions in the management,development level of the problem is increasingly complex,the requirements of the standard is also constantly increasing.As the carrier of social services and the direct provider of social services,the importance of the organization and management of social work organizations is increasingly prominent.Organizational culture is the highest state of organizational development and organizational management,so it is necessary to launch the scientific development of social work organizations from the new perspective of culture.The construction of learning organization is an important content of modern organization construction.The formation,production and dissemination of social workers' knowledge all depend on the knowledge sharing behavior of social work organizations,which is an inevitable trend of the development of organizational behavior of social work organizations.Social work institutions of organizational culture,organizational identity and the relationship between knowledge sharing research,not only for social work organization management practice has important application value,is also a social work organization management research has yet to give full attention and concern of exploration,the optimization of social work organization management practices and development has important practical significance.At first,this paper sums up enough,on the basis of related literature,the social work organization,organizational culture,organizational identity and the definition and connotation of the knowledge sharing,dimensions and measurement as well as other correlation studies conducted a detailed comb,and connecting with the actual situation to study three variables selection for high reliability and validity of maturity scale as measuring tool.Secondly,this study further collected the required sample data through the research method of questionnaire survey,and conducted a survey of 80 social work organizations in Chengdu city,and received 333 questionnaires.After using statistical software SPSS22.0 data respectively for the descriptive analysis,letter validity analysis,exploratory factor analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression with the mediation analysis,test of a hypothesis,got the following conclusions: first,the social work organization culture significant positive correlation with the employee organizational identification,organizational culture and the dimensions for the employee organizational identification exists positive correlation.Second,there is a significant positive correlation between employee organizational identity and knowledge sharing,organizational identity has a positive correlation with knowledge sharing,and organizational identity has a positive correlation with each dimension of knowledge sharing.Thirdly,there is a significant positive correlation between organizational culture and knowledge sharing.There is a positive correlation between each dimension of organizational culture and knowledge sharing,and there is a positive correlation between each dimension of organizational culture and knowledge sharing.Fourthly,organizational identity has some mediating effects between organizational culture and knowledge sharing,and organizational culture plays a role in knowledge sharing through organizational identity.Fifth,the organizational culture dimension of social work organizations includes four dimensions: intimate organizational culture,dynamic organizational culture,market organizational culture and hierarchical organizational culture.There is only one dimension of organizational identity of employees in social work organizations.Knowledge sharing among social workers includes two dimensions: knowledge contribution and knowledge absorption.Finally,based on the above research,this paper puts forward Suggestions to improve the level of knowledge sharing in social work organizations from three aspects: establishing a good organizational culture,strengthening the internal construction of organizations,and enhancing the organizational identity of employees.
