Social work institutions are non-profit organizations for public welfare(NPO), makes up for the shortcomings of the government and the market in providing public service. Currently, the high turnover rate of social workers and excessive brain drain has severely restricted the long-term development of the organizations. Organization identitfication have an impact on the organization’s mission, which being the survival value to the organization. Increase the degree of organizational identification in order to attract and retain social workers, promote social management and social service.This paper designs the internal factors and external factors affecting organizational identification. This paper makes a descriptive analysis of organizational identification in three dimensions,which are emotional, cognitive, behavioral dimension. Through empirical analysis, the following conclusions were drawn: the demographic variables of the members of the organization had no significant effect on the degree of organizational identification. Interpersonal development needs can positively strengthen organizational identification. The higher the status of members of the organization evaluate and the better of the organization of human resources management situation, lead to higher degree of organizational identification. The closer the relationship between the members and the organization, the degree of organizational identification will rise. According to the findings, we proposed some appropriate recommendations from multiple subject positions, to promote the degree of organizational identification and stabilize social worker’s team. |
