Group Work Intervention Study On The Stress Relief Of Family Caregivers For Special Children

There has always been an extremely large group of children in our society.Their physical,psychological and other aspects of development have clearly deviated from ordinary children,so they are named as special children.They have attracted the attention of all parties in the family and society,whether in physical and mental rehabilitation or social adaptation.However,the family carers of special children accompany the special children every day.They not only need to take care of their basic lives,but also need to help them with mental rehabilitation,resulting in great pressure on the caregivers in physical,psychological and social aspects,but it is rarely paid attention to.At the same time,caregivers also need to face the risk of extremely low cure rates for children's illnesses and huge financial expenditure.If their pressure has not been able to find a way to support and resolve,they can easily fall into endless despair,helplessness and pain,this not only affects their care for special children,but what is more important,it may directly affect their physical and mental health.Therefore,family caregivers of special children urgently need to obtain stress relief services.This paper takes the parents of a rehabilitation center for special children in Xi'an as the research object in 'Xi'an as the research object,and uses the methods of questionnaire and interview to make clear the pressure of family caregivers of special children,according to Social Learning Theory and ABC-X Family Stress Theory,group activities are designed and carried out for caregivers to help them face up to the negative emotions brought by stress,relax stress and relieve stress in group activities,so that they can face life with a more positive attitude.At the same time,Zarit Caregiver Burden Scale(ZBI)and Depression Self-assessment Scale were used to measure the stress status of the caregivers.According to the results of the pre-test and post test,combined with the interview method,the service effectiveness of the group was evaluated.Finally,based on the reflection of the group work,In view of the pressure faced by the caregivers of special children's families,this paper puts forward suggestions from the four perspectives of government,society,social work and caregivers themselves.
