"The juvenile is strong,the country is strong",the physical health of the group of young high school students has always attracted attention from all walks of life.In view of China's test-oriented education system,high school students in China have always faced huge pressures for further education.In today's increasingly competitive society,the pressure of high school students to learn is increasing,which further reduces their time to participate in sports activities.As a result,physical fitness and physical fitness are reduced,and even psychological problems occur.Faced with the physical and mental problems that are currently common among high school students,the state has issued a series of policies that require vigorously developing sports activities,strengthening physical exercise in and out of class,and enriching the form and content of campus sports activities.In this paper,through the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and other methods,carry out the innovative application of sports functional music in physical fitness exercises of high school students.This study takes musicology,sports aesthetics,physiology and other disciplines as the theoretical basis,follows the principles of safety,effectiveness,motivation,and comprehensive development,and applies sports functional music to the physical fitness exercises of high school students to improve health and improve physical fitness The purpose is also to add new content and forms to campus sports activities.The specific conclusions are as follows:1.After a 12-week experiment,a comparative analysis of the test results before and after the experimental group and the control group found that combining physical fitness exercises with sports functional music and traditional physical fitness exercises without music,the two have an impact on students' physical fitness Both have an effect.However,in contrast,the former has a more significant effect on improving the physical function and physical fitness of high school students,which indicates that the research on the creative application content design of sports functional music in high school students' physical fitness has a certain degree of science and effectiveness.2.Physical fitness exercises combined with sports functional music have a significant effect on improving students' physical function and physical fitness.After passing the 12-week experiment,in terms of physical function,the average increases in spirometry indexes of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment were 104.9,37.9,and 89.4,32.6,respectively.The experimental group was higher than the control group.In terms of physical fitness,the test results of standing long jumps,pull-ups for boys,1-minute sit-ups for girls,50-meter run,1,000-meter run for boys,800-meter run for girls,and m-shaped run indicators show that the experimental group of boys and girls themselves before and after the experiment The average increase of contrast was larger than that of the control group.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group of male and female subjects before and after the experiment,and the improvement effect was not obvious.On the whole,the content of this experiment has a good effect on improving students' strength,speed,cardiopulmonary endurance,and sensitive qualities,and it has not been effective in improving flexibility.It needs to be optimized.3.According to the feedback results after the experiment in the experimental group,the innovative application design of sports functional music in the physical fitness exercises of high school students is loved and recognized by most students,which meets the students' cognition and needs,and can effectively stimulate their practice.Interest and motivation.In addition,most students said that through experimental interventions,they have a significant effect in improving their grasp of music and movement rhythm,their emotional feelings,and improving their mental appearance and mental stress.
