Dyslexia is a special kind of learning disability.Compared with normal children,dyslexia children are not only face learning difficulties,but also bear the social incomprehension which is not conducive to children's growth and development,in addition to make the studies of pressure easily,and is likely to affect child's life.In view of the above question,on the one hand,the intervention and study of the Social group work on dyslexia children provides dyslexia children with multi-sensory professional literacy training to improve their reading and writing skills;On the other hand,through group work,children with dyslexia can learn necessary social functions through interaction with the other people.In this study,The Multisensory Learning group of “Happy to Reading and Writing”was taken as an example.Literature research scale and participatory observation were used to collect research data.For the cause of dyslexia and Multisensory Learning methods have dabbled in many disciplines,on the basis of this study advantage theory as a research perspective,to read and write professional assessment screening of the research object,using the characteristics of homogeneity and heterogeneity of the group members are respectively carried out panel homogeneity and heterogeneity,promoted dyslexia children's reading and writing ability,improve the dyslexia children's learning interest and self-confidence,at the same time,adhere to “help one to help oneself” professional objective,successful church dyslexia children to read and write five learning skills.The Strength Perspective runs through the research and social workers have achieved certain results by using professional group work methods to intervene in the services for dyslexic children.First,it verifies that the Multisensory Learning method is suitable for group work and effectively improves the reading and writing skills of dyslexic children.Secondly,compared with heterogeneous group,the homogeneous group cohesion and dynamic are more obvious.Thirdly,the effect of the heterogeneous group was more obvious than that of the homogeneous group.In the meantime,the involvement of group work in dyslexic children is also faced with many difficulties,mainly because the public's lack of understanding of dyslexia affects the recruitment progress of group members.The different reading and writing abilities of group members make it difficult to meet the needs of all group members and the short attention span of group members affect the progress of the group.
