Early childhood development and education is vital for the future success of our society.Both instilling the right values and providing high quality education are equality important in unlocking their potential.The first part originates from J Organization internship period.For a more meaningful and enriching summer holidays for children.J Organization has hosted a summer camp for them to participate and increase socialisation.The second part is related to J Communication's basic situation.The social workers of our community have done a detailed analysis of our resources available and the background information of the children to come up with more effective measures for a more enhanced learning programme.The third section consists of lifestyle planning after a careful evaluation of basic foundational needs.The children will attend three groups,communication group,helpful group and resilience group.The fourth part includes a general overview of the programme,inclusive of evaluation,progress report and whether learning objectives have been met.The fifith and final section comprises of feedback and evaluation,inclusive of worker's challenges met during the programme and possible displeasures throughout.Valuable feedback regarding J Organization will also be well received.there are also illustrate the advantage of social work intervene the education of community,and how to continue it in the future.
