With the development of science and technology,it is very necessity and conmon to ues the mobile phone.Mobile phone has become the preferred device for people to surf the Internet,which affects people's life style and thinking style in all aspects.Inevitably,as a necessary process of socialization,high school students in Y City of Guangxi are also deeply influenced by mobile phone.As a typical representative of the western region,the poor is deeply rooted in people's minds.As the junction of urban and rural areas,Guangxi is not only different from the advanced cities,but also more incomparable with the developed cities such as beishangguang.High school students in the county do not enjoy the rich educational resources as urban students do,nor do they have the same insight as the urban students,but the use of mobile phones opens up another world for them.Using mobile phones has both advantages and disadvantages for high school students in the county.On the one hand,they participate in the global information process,enjoy the convenience of life brought by advanced technology and meet people's communication vision because of no time and space barriers.On the other hand,mobile phones make the life and learning of high school students in the county no longer limited to the campus.Through mobile phones,they receive information exchanged from the whole society and even all over the the world.This kind of exchanged information is regardless of level,type and national boundaries,but students' cognitive level is limited,and their self-control ability is limited too.In this case,it is very easy to damage the physical and mental health of high school students,aggravates the contradiction between mobile phone use and personal development,and increases the difficulty of the using mobile phone management.Based on the analysis of the basic information of students' samples,this paper analyzes the purpose,content,time,occasion and influence of mobile phone use of high school students in the county.According to the survey,the rate of mobile phone ownership of high school students in the county is as high as 93.2%,and nearly half of them have mobile phones for more than two years.However,their use of mobile phones on campus is worrisome,when and where they are not allowed to use mobile phones at school,there are students secretly using mobile phones,some students still use mobile phones for more than two hours every day on campus.According to the survey results,high school students in County town tend to use mobile phones for entertainment.The use of Mobile phone affects students' sleep quality,the use of mobile phone affects students' school work.The use of Mobile phone also affects students' health,distorts students' values,destroys students' communication confidence,and made the students' more rely on the moblile phone.The reasons for the above problems can be summed up in these aspects: firstly,the lack of social support,mainly reflected in the insufficient investment in education and the potential security risks of mobile network;secondly,the backward management of schools,mainly reflected in the lack of a complete mobile phone use management system,the lack of the media literacy education,and the lack of the attention to the development of mobile learning resources;thirdly,family communication is not in place,which is mainly reflected in students' less time with their parents,students' lack of parents' company,and students' refusal to communicate with their parents;fourthly,the characteristics of students' physical and mental development,Mainly reflected in the lack of students' correct understanding of the use value of mobile phones,the lack of self-discipline in the use of mobile phones.These reasons lead to the biases between cognitive and behavioral in the process of using mobile phones.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the use management of mobile phone of senior high school students in Y City from the aspects of society,school,family and students.First,the society should provide a safe environment for students' to use the mobile phone,including increasing financial investment to create a well-equipped campus environment and ensure the safety of students' mobile phone use network environment;second,the school should provide guidance for the use of students' mobile phone,including the establishment of a loose rules and regulations,increase media literacy education,create conditions for students to use mobile phones in learning;third,parents should attach importance to family emotional communication,often accompany students and actively understand students;fourth,students should educate themselves,including students should have a correct understanding of the use value of mobile phones and strengthen the use of self-management of mobile phone.
