"Second Child" In The Eyes Of First-born Children And Their Suggestions For Family Education

Since the implementation of the comprehensive the two-child policy,the number of second-child has been increasing and the problem of the first-child and the second-child has gradually become prominent,therefore,the two-child family education has also posed a huge challenge.It’s a good way to alleviate the problem of the two-child that we are supposed to understand the thoughts of the first-child and give proper guidance.This paper is based on children’s perspective that using methods of picture-questionnaire,interviews as well as picture-analysis and studying 37 first-child and 17 parents of them.According to the three aspects from the acceptance of the first-child to their compatriots in the second-child,the cognition of the first-child to the second-child and the family in the paintings of the first-child.Eventually,it makes six conclusion:the sex of the first-child affect the feeling to the second-child;the first-child on the physiological characteristics of the second-child cognition has their own understanding and concern,the first-child of the second-child cognitive psychology and behavior are mutual connections;first-born children set to the second-child cognitive evaluation law has their unique;the first-child expect of the second-child was the stuff of daily life and unconscious emotional expression of the first-child for family and the second-child are not optimistic.Therefore,we understand simple conigtive of the first-child to the second-child and put forward three aspects practical suggestions:In terms of the first-child,the first-child should be cultivated the sense of belonging to the second child and have a sense of love in the future.In terms of the second-child,the sharing willingness of the second-child should be mobilized,common interests of two children should be cultivated,noisy activities at night should be controlled and the second-child should be appropriately beautified;In terms of parents,they should respect the simple cognition of the first-child,reduce face-to-face punishment to the first-child in the second-child,attach importance to the sense of fairness,emphasize the expression and explanation of love,and constantly improve themselves.
