High School Chemistry Thematic Situational Teaching Cases Design And Practice

Abstract/Summary:
Thematic Theme-based situational teaching refers to a teaching method that uses language,music and teaching aids to create situations,integrates themes,textbooks,teaching methods and teaching scenes,makes learning atmosphere relaxed and lively,and then stimulates students’interest in learning.Theme-based situational teaching is a teaching attempt based on the new curriculum reform.This teaching method can help students to better grasp the knowledge they have learned,and it is of great significance to the research of high school chemistry teaching.But at present,there is still an urgent need to study the topic-based situational teaching in senior high school chemistry teaching.The new curriculum standard points out that combining students’ existing experience and living environment to create real problem situations,so as to make the design of teaching content more structured.Applying "Theme-based situational teaching "to the teaching design of high school chemistry can not only help students to change their learning methods and improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching,but also cultivate students’ sense of social responsibility,thus realizing " literacy-based" teaching.In this paper,through the literature research method,we understand the current research status of topic-based situational teaching at home and abroad.Combined with the current teaching situation in the school where the author works,the purpose,ideas and methods of this study are put forward.In the research process,the author first defines the core concepts of "thematic teaching","situational teaching" and "Theme-based situational teaching" through literature research,and summarizes the theoretical basis of the design of thematic situational teaching.From the design principle,teaching process and implementation strategy of thematic situational teaching,this paper constructs and analyzes the thematic situational teaching.Then,based on the principle of thematic situational teaching design and implementation strategy,the experimental class is designed and studied in the thematic situational teaching design and practice,and the practical research is carried out on the thematic situational teaching cases based on "life experience","industrial production"and "agricultural production".At last it analyzes the results of the design and practice of thematic situational teaching from two aspects:Students’ questionnaire survey and teachers’ interview.Through comparative analysis,it is found that the students’ interest and initiative in learning chemistry in the experimental class were much higher than those in the control class.Finally,the following conclusions can be draw:the high school chemistry theme-based situational teaching design can optimize teachers’ teaching and students’ learning,strengthen students’ subjectivity in classroom learning,achieve the requirements of curriculum standards,cultivate students’ chemical core literacy,and promote students’ all-round development.
