Research On The Role Of Post Social Workers Involved In Relief Management

With the popularization of the human-oriented concept in the new era,for the sake of maintaining the vital interests and personal dignity of vagrants and beggars,the relief management has gradually developed from management to servitization.Meanwhile,in order to better improve the vocational level and quality of the relief management,the D municipal government uses social forces to set up social work posts in D City relief management station by means of purchasing professional social work services,so as to provide more professional social work services for vagrants and beggars.To better understand the role positioning of post social workers involved in the relief management station and improve the professional service quality of social work,the present study is carried out.In literature review part,firstly,the literature related to relief management research is reviewed,secondly,the literature related to the intervention of social work in the relief management work is reviewed,and finally,the literature related to the role positioning research of social work is sorted out.Through summary and induction,it is found that in existing literature,the role positioning research of the intervention of post social workers in the relief management station is rarely studied.Taking qualitative research as the main research method,based on role theory,participatory observation method,literature research method and interview method,the study takes D city relief management station as an example to study the role positioning of post social workers involved in relief management.According to the survey: the rescue management station in D city implements closed management on the service objects detained in the station,whose hardware facilities are relatively sound and relief management team is reasonable in composition,in which the social workers at the posts are incorporated into the family seeking service group to carry out the family seeking work,the service objects are well managed,and the relief contents are also in accordance with the law.Through the analysis of the arrival mode of service objects,the service objects are screened and their demand is analyzed to have a better understanding of the status quo of D city relief management station.Due to the fact that currently,the role positioning of post social workers involved in D City relief management station is still unclear,the role of post social workers involved in D City relief management station is ambiguous.The ambiguous role positioning of post social workers in D City relief management station is reflected in three aspects,firstly,the ambiguity of role expectation given by the social work industry,secondly,the ambiguity of role expectation given by employers,and finally,the ambiguity of role expectation held by employees themselves in their daily work.The problem role ambiguity leads to strong substitutability of social work posts,violation of social expectations from various parties and repeated vagrancy of service objects.According to the optimization principles such as clarifying the relief field concept and role positioning,strengthening the learning of professional knowledge and cultivating their own professional quality,clarifying multiple roles,and meeting the needs from various aspects,the optimization action is carried out for the post social workers to optimize the activity type,time and mode.The effect of optimization action is good,for on the one hand the satisfaction degree of service objects to professional service is high,while on the other hand it can also meet the expectations from various parties.Combined with practical experience,by refining research results,this study puts forward the role positioning of post social workers involved in the relief management work,that is,the service provider of relief management work,the cooperator of relief management work,the contradiction coordinator within the relief management station,the promoter of relief management policies and the propagandist of mainstream values.In addition,due to insufficient research time and limited research ability,there is still a large development space for the study in the future.By scientifically determining the role of social workers in the rescue management work,the service object's satisfaction with professional services can be improved effectively and the expectation of multiple parties can be satisfied.
