As the foundation and essence of teacher education activities,teacher learning is the necessary way to achieve the connotative development of teacher education and to build a group of high-quality teachers.However,there are some problems in the field of teacher learning,such as the degeneration of teachers' ability of reflection and inquiry,passive learning,weak learning motivation and neglect of learning experience.We usually focus on what teachers learn and what skills they acquire,but ignore the most critical issue:how teachers learn.This study is based on teachers' embodied learning,through literature study and theoretical construction,case analysis and content analysis method to establish the teacher and learning mode,change the passive position teachers learn from the body,let teachers manifest their personality and ability through effective embodied learning,to carry forward teacher education.The specific contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the theoretical framework of teacher embodied learning is established.Based on a large amount of literature research,this paper summarized the research status of embodied learning of teachers,integrated embodied cognition,adult learning and other relevant theories,and sorted out the four basic elements of embodied learning of teachers:embodied knowledge,learning experience,learning environment and embodied technology,to construct the theoretical basis for teachers' embodied learning.Secondly,from the practice,two types of teachers' embodied learning,virtual situation and realistic environment,were selected to analyze the implementation background,learning process and learning results and summarize the implementation experience and feasible direction of embodied learning of teachers:the linkage of body and experience,the interaction of situational roles in groups,the orientation of emotion,and the focus on the generation and extension of cognition.Based on the above studies,this paper integrates cases and literature on embodied learning,sorts out the core elements of embodied learning for teachers and constructs the implementation path of embodied learning mode for teachers.Nvivo11 was used to analyze the related literature of embodied learning of teachers at home and abroad.Through text coding,its core elements,embodied subject,environmental the four,were statistically analyzed.The theoretical model of embodied learning of teachers was constructed by combining the "model" function of the software.Based on this,this paper puts forward the possible paths of teacher embodied learning:generate teachers' embodied knowledge in situational learning;improve teachers'environmental awareness in experiential learning;realize the integration of teachers'cognition and emotion in reflective learning;It promotes the coupling of teaching practice and theoretical guidance in shuttle learning.
