Based on the position of Sociology of education,this study takes the habitual research as the starting point,and adopts field observation research to observe the behavior patterns which are subject to the teachers' inertial thinking.With the imagination of sociology,teachers' class habits are connected with the deep social structure.Based on the clue of capital operation among schools,teachers,students and families behind students,this paper describes the hidden social facts of daily school that the teacher-student interaction in the school field.Research shows that the formation of habitus is limited by capital,and the level of support for children varies among families with different capital.The well-capitalized Superior class must have enough resources to support the education of their children,so as to expect the inheritance and replication of social class in their children,maintain the status of social class,and seize more resources.On the contrary,the disadvantaged class with relatively insufficient capital can only supply the most basic resources for their offspring due to the restriction of capital.Therefore,the capital carried by students when they enter the school field implies inequality at the beginning.At the same time,the school is the cultural field that maintains the social structure and undertakes the function of continuing the cultural tradition and remaking the existing society.Therefore,the teachers,as the spokesmen of the school,represent the will of the dominant social class and convey the mainstream cultural value of the society.Therefore,when interacting with students,teachers are more inclined to favor students who are "homogeneous" with the school,believing that it is inevitable for such students to succeed in their studies.Teachers also consider it normal for students who are "different" from the school to behave badly.The main research frame as follows:In the introduction part,this paper expounds the reason and significance of the thesis's research on the teacher's class's habitual thinking,and puts forward the research perspective and research method of the paper.Through the literature review on the study of habitus,capital and the interaction between teachers and students at home and abroad,and combining with the social stratum,this paper expounds the habitual thinking of teachers in school field.The first chapter starts from the students'families of the interactive objects,and presents the contrast between the superior capital families and the inferior capital families in the way of treating their children's education,showing the unique class habits formed by the students under the capital operation of different classes.The second chapter goes back to the school field,through the actual reappearance of the interaction situation between teachers and students in the school field,it shows the different behavior of students of different classes in the school,and the corresponding behavior of teachers under the inertia thinking.The third chapter focuses on the teachers themselves,and describes the thinking mode of middle class teachers,which is limited to school,life and work.The fourth chapter is the conclusion part,which discusses the social phenomenon of potential inequality of teachers' class inertial thinking reproduction under the restricted of capital operation and social norms.
