Research purpose:In order to improve the balance ability of college students and promote the development of college students’ physical fitness,this experiment conducted 18-week static core strength training and Swiss ball core strength training for female college students to observe the relationship between the Swiss ball and the balance ability of female college students.Provide more effective training methods for improving the balance ability of female college students.Research methods:This study mainly uses the literature method,experimental method,and mathematical statistics method.By comparing the changes in the balance ability of the two groups of subjects before and after the experiment,the effect of the Swiss ball on the balance ability of female college students is understood.In this experiment,50 female college students from Shaanxi Normal University in 2018 were used as the experimental objects.The Swiss ball was used as the intervention method.Standing with one eye closed,one foot with one foot closed,eight-point star shift,and stepping with closed eyes were used for evaluation Test indicators of human balance.SPSS 23.0 software was used to calculate the balance test data of female college students before and after the experiment.By analyzing the changes of the balance ability of female college students before and after the experiment,the impact of the Swiss ball on the balance ability of female college students was understood.Research results:By comparing the changes in the four balance test indicators of 50 female college students before and after the experiment,the following results were obtained:(1)The paired sample T test was used to analyze the differences between the test results of the two groups of subjects with their eyes closed on one leg.The test results of the static core strength training group before and after the experiment were significantly different(P<0.05).Has a very significant difference(P<0.01).(2)The paired sample T test was used to analyze the differences in the test results of one-foot and forefoot standing of the two groups of subjects.It was found that the test results of the two groups of subjects before and after the experiment were very significant(P<0.01).The growth rate of the post-test results shows that the performance of the Swiss ball core strength training group has grown more significantly.(3)The difference analysis of the test results before and after the experiment with the eyes closed is that the static core strength training group has a difference before and after the experiment(P<0.05),and the Swiss ball core strength training group has a very significant difference(P<0.01).(4)By comparing the results of the eight-point star shift test before and after the experiment,it is known that there is no significant difference in most of the directions before and after the experiment in the static core strength training group(P>0.05).There is only a significant difference in the two-point direction,but After the experiment,the test results in the eight directions all improved slightly.After analyzing the test results of the Swiss ball core strength training group,it was found that the test results in the eight directions were improved after the experiment and there were differences in the results before and after the experiment(P<0.05).Analysis conclusion:(1)After 18 weeks of training,the static and dynamic balance test scores of the two groups of experimental subjects are higher than the pre-experiment scores,indicating that both training methods can help improve the balance ability of female college students.According to the actual situation,these two methods are used to train balance ability of female college students.(2)After 18 weeks of training,the test results of the static balance ability of the two groups of test subjects have been improved,but the test results of the Swiss ball training group have been more significantly improved.From this we can know that the combination of Swiss ball for balance training is more helpful to improve the static balance of female college students.(3)After 18 weeks of training,the results of the dynamic balance test of the two groups of subjects have been improved,but the performance of the dynamic balance test is more obvious and the training effect is more significant after the Swiss ball is used for core strength training.It can be seen that the use of Swiss balls for training can significantly improve the dynamic balance of female college students.In daily teaching,you can use Swiss balls for dynamic balance training.
