Against the background of striving to achieve the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,with the improvement of people's quality of life,the high rate of obesity,myopia,psychological problems and physical decline among middle school students have been reported in an increasing number.Junk food,computer games and a sedentary modern lifestyle,heavy schoolwork,parents' doting parents and schools' fear of safety have all hampered students' ability to exercise,leading to a serious decline in athletic ability.In the face of this situation,it has become an urgent problem to improve the physical quality of students and enhance their physique.As an important part of physical quality,sensitive quality reflects the ability of comprehensive movement of human body.The level of sensitive quality is directly affecting the level of sports performance and sports technology learning speed.Middle school students are in the critical period of growth and development,which is the most important basic stage of life,but also the golden period of development of sensitive quality.In addition,compared with other physical qualities,there is still a big gap in the study of the theory and practice of agility,and there is a lack of more in-depth and systematic research.Therefore,this article USES the literature material method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,model with closed,open and skills training method to improve the quality of the middle school students' sensitivity of experimental study,144 students in senior grade two senior middle school in Shenzhen Longcheng as experiment object(each group of 48 people,men and women equal Numbers),on the basis of strict control of other independent variables for 12 weeks.Sensitive quality based on the experimental subjects before and after the test results of single factor analysis of variance and sensitive experiment before and after the average increase,thus reveal closed,open and skills mode differences in three different training methods,explore the three kinds of training methods to the development of middle school students the different effects of sensitive quality,provide scientific theory basis for middle school students sensitive quality training.The experimental results are as follows:(1)After the analysis of one-way ANOVA on the test index scores of male and female students in the closed group,open group and skill group,it was found that the test scores of prediction and decision-making ability,coordination ability of male students and change of direction ability were less than 0.05 except for the change of movement ability and coordination ability of female students.Among them,there are significant differences between the closed group and the open group,between the closed group and the skill group.There is no significant difference between the open group and the skill group.(2)After comparing the average scores of each group before and after the experiment,it can be seen that except for the improvement of prediction and decision-making ability,open-ended training is better than skill mode training,skill mode training is better than open-ended training in coordination ability,movement changing ability and direction changing ability.According to the experimental results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)After 12 weeks of experiment,the closed group showed the sensitive qualities of prediction and decision-making ability,coordination ability,movement changing ability and direction changing ability,which were better than those of the open group and skill group.In other words,open training and skill mode training are better than closed training.(2)After 12 weeks of experiment,compared with skill mode training,open training has a higher improvement on the development of students' prediction and decision-making ability.Compared with open training,skill mode training has better effects on improving students' coordination ability,changing movement ability and changing direction ability.It is hoped that through the study of this paper,physical education teachers,coaches and sports researchers can improve the understanding of open training,and increase the open training appropriately in daily teaching to promote the improvement of the agile quality of teenagers.Secondly,for the current situation that the evaluation standards of sensitivity quality are different and there is no recognized and complete sensitivity quality evaluation system,it is hoped that the follow-up researchers can create more efficient sensitivity quality evaluation indicators and conduct a comprehensive evaluation of sensitivity quality.In addition,it is suggested that in the future,more scholars from different perspectives,a deeper level of sensitivity quality analysis,more in-depth research.
