For a long time,the understanding of the concept of history plays an important role in the study of history.It is not only an important part of the historical knowledge system,but also the key factor for students to learn and master historical knowledge.The curriculum standard(2017 edition)requires that history education should pay attention to the cultivation of students' history key competencies.Through the study of the history course,students should recognize the context of historical development.Under the guidance of historical theory,the concept of history was formed.It can reveal the laws of history to a certain extent,Therefore,it is necessary to attach importance to the teaching of the concept of history.Compared with junior high school textbooks,the new history curriculum in senior high school significantly reduces and simplifies the basic knowledge of history.On the basis of the topic history,it highlights the historical concept and theoretical analysis,and highlights the background,causes and influences of historical events,.And it advocates the teaching method of self-study and cultivates students' independent thinking ability and creativity.In recent years,the college entrance examination questions around the country have been put into practice in the examination of the main knowledge,which in the final analysis is the concept of history.This reflects the importance attached to the concept of history in the process of history teaching reform in middle school.So,high Middle history teachers should pay more attention to the teaching of historical concepts,dig into the teaching significance of historical concepts and construct a complete knowledge system,making it play an active role in teaching.However,the author found in the practice of teaching,there are still many problems in the teaching of the concept of history.They are reflected mainly in the following aspects: first,students are interested in learning the concept of history;Second,students are not clear about the purpose of learning the concept of history;third,teachers do not pay attention to it;The fourth is that the teaching method of history concept is single.To solve the above problems,the author classifies and counts the historical concepts that are required in the People Education Edition,and divides the characteristics of the historical concepts.This paper discusses the problems and causes in the teaching of historical concepts,and points out the characteristics of the history discipline.This paper expounds the importance and basic methods of history concept teaching in senior high school.From the perspective of teachers,somespecific teaching suggestions are put forward,such as “emphasizing knowledge”turn to “process oriented”;connect with examples in life and let students understand the concept of history;clarify the layers between concepts to help students establish a systematic knowledge system and adopt diversified teaching methods of historical concepts;set the situation to arouse the students' interest and let them perceive the concept of history in the situation.Finally,some teaching references on the concept of history are expected to provide for high school history teachers.Although the research on the concept teaching of history is still in a relatively weak state at present,I think with more and more teachers' attention and research on history concept teaching must be improved day by day.And the teaching of concept of history plays an active role in promoting students' quality of history key competencies and improving teaching quality.
