Teaching interactive decision-making is a series of dynamic processes for teachers to analyze,judge,choose and complete in time according to the specific problems or conditions in the classroom according to their professional knowledge,beliefs and experiences in the process of teaching implementation,which is the relationship between teachers' thinking and action.In the PE classroom with openness and uncertainty,the non-preset events beyond the teacher's original plan failed to attract teachers' attention and attention.On the other hand,teachers who only pay attention to teaching presupposition are apt to lose the key clues of teaching interactive decisionmaking and the teaching opportunities to explore students' development and teachers' teaching wisdom.Therefore,it is necessary to sort out more non-preset events in physical education,so as to conduct in-depth research on volleyball teaching interactive decision-making,awaken and improve teachers' awareness and level of teaching decision-making,improve the effectiveness of teachers' teaching decision-making,and promote teachers' professional growth.This paper carries out two continuous studies to explore the interactive decision-making process and effective strategies of senior high school PE teachers in dealing with non-preset events in volleyball class.In the first study,a pair of 72 senior high school PE teachers conducted an open questionnaire to investigate the non-preset events encountered in PE class,removed some invalid items,obtained 183 valid items,and finally concluded four types of nonpreset events in PE class.they are: non-preset events caused by student factors,teachers' factors,classroom teaching factors and environmental factors.In the second study,10 high school PE teachers with different teaching experience of volleyball were interviewed on key events,and the interview data were analyzed by the method of rooted theory.Through three-level coding,we get 486 labels,65 concepts,10 categories(student factors,student learning,classroom management,teacher factors,teacher-student relationship,teaching interactive decision-making,volleyball teaching decisionmaking elements,effective teaching decision-making,environmental factors,presupposition and generation)and a core category(generative teaching interactive decision-making).Among them,the interactive decision-making elements of generative teaching include decision makers and objects,decision focus,decision basis,decision plan and decision ruler.The interactive decision-making mode of senior high school PE teachers to deal with non-preset events in volleyball class mainly includes the steps of finding problems,judging and analyzing,choosing schemes,implementing decision-making and reflective decision-making.A variety of corresponding teaching interactive decision-making strategies are summarized according to different types of non-preset events: teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and interest simplification strategies should be adopted to deal with non-preset events related to volleyball events;to deal with non-preset events related to student factors,we can adopt strategies such as gradient task,guidance according to the circumstances,problem orientation,implication,stopping education,pre-planning in advance--timely treatment--care after the event,seeking the same big while preserving minor differences,and so on.Strategies such as immediate adjustment,communication and negotiation,shelving and avoidance can be adopted to deal with non-preset events related to teachers' factors,while strategies such as grouping cycle,temporary conversion and plan can be adopted to deal with non-preset events related to environmental factors.
